Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable. Had fun in the playlab playing pingpong with my friends.

Hotel telah membatalkan tempahan saya disaat akhir dan saya perlu bersusah payah untun mencari penginapan altenatif.. saya mahu ganti rugi

Cocok untuk liburan keluarga, fasilitas kamar yang masih perlu dilengkapi.

Tempat yang cocok buat keluarga beserta anak-anak, ada pantai, kolam renang, tempat ruangan bermain buat anak. Sarapan cukup banyak pilihan juga.

ห้องพักสะอาด สมราคา ห้องนอนกว้างมาก มีอ่างอาบน้ำ ระเบียง มีสะพานลอยเดินข้ามฝั่งไป Beach Wing เพื่อไปทานอาหารเช้า หรืออาหารเย็นได้สะดวก ที่พักอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินพอสมควรนั่งรถเมล์สาย 102 ใช้เวลาประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมงลงแล้วเดินเข้าโรงแรมได้เลย

It’s a beautiful location by the beach and a service by your friendly staff makes it very welcoming. Attaching the rainbow we caught on one of the mornings was awesome

I was looking for a hotel which provide bathtub in the bathroom with affordable price and kids friendly too. So this hotel was a great choice for me . My kids also had a pleasant stay because there were many activities and facilities for the kids to have fun. Highly recommended!

the room for beach wing more smaller and quite old compare to feringgi tower but for the view beach wing is better. breakfast is okay more like Arabic country and expensive rm 60 per adult.

Kamar yang luas dan bersih. cuma kamar mandi berbau. Pemandangan pantai saat breakfast yang menyenangkan. makanan cukup oke. kolam renang cukup oke.

Kamar sangat bau apek. Tempat tidur berbau pesing.

Best stay ever as recommended by the Executive Housekeeper of Citin Seacare Hotel Kuala Lumpur. It was really a great hotel and beautiful location. It's definitely worth the price.

Hotel location is strategic but swimming pool is really small & breakfast choice is lesser as compare with other 4 stars hotel that I stayed before.

The cleanliness is very bad, the furniture looks dusty, the toilet smelly, the pillow got stains, woke up early due to lack of sleep, went to have breakfast at their restaurant, there are many flies all around

Kemarin saya menginap di tower bukan yang beach jadi kalau mau ke pantai mesti nyebrang jalan raya, kolam renang, tempat bermain semua ada di Beach WiNg. Dan untuk desain kamarnya mungkin kamar mandinya terlalu besar dan sudah agak lama jadi perlu renovasi. Agak seram untuk lemarinya, jadi sedikit horor.

It's the perfect place for families with small children. The pool is located strategically so that one can keep an eye on the kids while they play. The breakfast buffet is lovely and plenty of variety. Most important, the staff are friendly, helpful and understanding. We will come back again for our holidays.

Awesome! We had given room upgrade by the staff. Facing the sea. Food was good, service was good. Hotel is nearby to shops and restaurants. But there is a bit smell on the bedsheet, pillow and comforter. Plus we were given connecting room, and people on the other room were smoking in their room then makes the smokes and smell linger into our room too.
