프런트 오피스-냐 소브레이는 YB처럼 훌륭했습니다.

이 호텔은 방음이 잘 안 돼서 매우 시끄러워서 쉬기가 힘듭니다.

좋은 위치, 유명한 해산물 레스토랑 근처, 금연 호텔 - 숙면을 취할 수 있고, 담배 냄새로 깨지 않아도 됩니다 👍

좋은 서비스, 5성급 서비스, 다시 올 것입니다.

패스트푸드 레스토랑, 편의점은 호텔에서 꽤 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 게다가, 호텔은 KK 공항과 꽤 가깝습니다.

The hotel is nearby some restaurant. The room is spacious for 3 persons. Clean. Only think I can ask for improvement is to keep the coffee and tea warm and hot for breakfast.

The bed is extremely small. Breakfast is very bad. Even the butter is so low quality and no taste.

Nice room even for single traveller.

The place is great! Really comfortable and love it! Would come again to stay here. Cititel, please keep it up your service. Your staff and security guard are so good doing their job. And most importantly, the PARKING! I'm so happy that they have their own parking space for their guest and it ' s free! There ' s no need to park at outside of the hotel and pay for the tickets. Not to forget, the WiFi. Gosh, it ' s so fast and the range are quite big! From top to bottom, I can still use the wifi conveniently without any issues. Thank you cititel express!

Nearby to many restaurant, groceries shop and pharmacy.

Centralised Air-conditioning not cool enough.

Smell good, clean and cozy. The room was a bit small, enough for two people. Love the parking lot area, convenient just in front of the hotel.

Strategic Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities around the hotel are complete.

Clean! Good Customer service! Will visit soon again this hotel. The best things is, when I open the door to come in, this quote in this room make me fell grateful! Good JOB and well done the management of hotel! ❤️🕊
