Service overall is bad, safety for room is not too secure, didn't recommend new guest, sorry

Rooms were very filthy with loads of oil all over.

Everything are outdated and dirty! This place have to improve a lot if they want to go on their business. It was the first time I have to run away from a hotel for vacation. The room and facilities were old and smelly, the door was hollow also. The worst was they don't even have any locker in the room to protect customer's belongings. I had to give up my room and found another hotel to stay although I had paid for my 2 night booking. Very disappointed!

The place is nice but the management is bad, simply change hotel room for those late check in. I’d been inform early, but they simply change the room type. request to speak to manager, they sending the “Gardener” to settle and blaming rooms is fully booked and cheap. no daily housekeeping. will not come back to this place

The experience in green village hotel was very bad since I booked for 6 couple and the rooms are not same as what discribed in the pictures, secondly bad services without towels fridge not working in some rooms, water heater problem, electric problem, no cuttl, poor breakfast. I'll not advice this hotel to anyone. This hotel has to be closed for renovation

Useless room, very bad toilet and shower and the breakfast was extremely bad.

This place looks way too creepy to stay for a family, seems like no one else were there, it's just us. And the room we stayed looks like it needed some major renovations. Bunch of holes at every corner of the room, doors etc, broken bathroom door, broken aircond (I have called for the reception to look into it, but no respond from them until checkout).

The hotel room is not well-maintained.

Percutian yg mnyeronokkan, anak puas mandi kolam, pemandangan best, frontd esk MR.KALAI yg very2 friendly, staff baik2, sarapan pg sedap, cma perlu perbaikkan skit2 ja, ttang bilik, aircond sejuk tp air dr aircond menitik2, harap msa akan dtg Green Village dpt tinggkatkn lg mutu dr semua sudut..apa2 pn sya brpuas hati selama mnginap disana, I will come again Green Village.

Kebersihan, kenyamanan dan makanannya mengecewakan. Saya mendapatkan kamar yang seperti sudah lama tidak di huni. Tetapi toiletnya bersih. karena saya terbiasa makan nasi, sedikit mengecewakan karena tidak tersedia nasi.

Biasa sahaja. Pengurusan tak cekap Boking bilik katil king bagi kati quen. Kena komplin baru bagi katil king.tempat agak tersorok dan bangunan dan peralatan agak lama.

We had a great stay and enjoying our trip at langkawi.

Though the break fast area pool are good, but the room service and cleanliness is lagging
