1- I was blamed by reception for ordering a room with two single beds where my confirmation clearly stated that I ordered a single big bed. Not a good start. 2- I did hear noises on the room ceiling that can only be explained by the presence of rats or mice on the ceiling. 3- reception stated manager was to contact me back on my complaint on the mice/rat issue. I am still waiting for that. 4- parking for inhouse guests was free. Upon asking, reception did not clarify how to do and consequential 8 RM was deducted from my Touch and Go card. Upon check out it to took over half an hour to get this corrected. Very unprofessional in more than one way. All in all very very disappointed in this hotel. I spend plenty time in hotels for business. This is the first time ever I leave a comment, because of how bad this experience was. Never AC hotel for me again.
