Booked the 3 bedroom suites, the room given was very bad. Dust everywhere and the fridge was very dirty. Called the room service but no respond until the third call. The room itself feel like it never been occupied by anyone. Finally the hotel agreed to change our room to another level. Unfortunately, at night 'someone' would ring the room's bell.

The wifi is not working well at all. The tv is small as it is far from the bed.

Bilik besar tapi perabot agak lama.

Very satisfied, tak ingat dah kali keberapa tido disini, breakfast ok, banyak variety, pool awsome for kids, memang akan repeat lagi.

Bilik - tidak cukup lampu. Toilet - kesan air karat di bathub. Pool - tepi rumput berlecak dan kotor.

The location is good, hotel is good too but it will be better if the did some renovation. Looks like a 90s hotel. The room and toilet is super big.

The room was clean and look exactly like in the website..the pool was awesome..the staffs was friendly and helpful..only the breakfast was not so delicious like The Puteri Pacific Hotel but overall the stay experience in the hotel.was awesome..

Keadaan hotel agak lama, biliknya bau ada yang kurang memuaskan. Persekitaran yang agak suram.mungkin sebab hotel lama kot. Tapi makanan sedap, kolam mandi pun biasa2je, xmenarik sangat, dalam gamboje nampak cantik tapi realiti biasa2je.

The hotel air cond is not cool at all, the toilet door lock was broke.

Smooth process of booking through Traveloka. Smooth check in. Rooms are clean & nice. Only the baby cot provided is actually not suitable for babies, not baby cot but a small bed. We are frustrated. The swimming pool is great though.

Toilet bau hancing, shower tak betul, berkarat, aircond tak sejuk 😣

Sangat tidak recommended, bangunan lama dan kurang higienis.

Bilik yang luas, bersih sesuai untuk keluarga. Perlu dibetulkan areal TV yang tak lekat di TV.
