호텔은 매우 쾌적하고 완벽하고 깨끗해서 이 호텔에 잠시 머물기 편안했고, 음식은 맛있었고, 수영장은 괜찮았고, 서비스도 아주 좋았습니다. 가족과 함께 휴가를 보내기에 추천하고 싶어요,,, 모두 사랑해요,,,

우리가 머물렀던 객실은 정말 컸고, 룸서비스도 훌륭했고, 아이들을 즐겁게 해줄 활동도 많았어요.

Well maintenance and spacious room

Oke banget buat liburan sama anak-anak kalo anak suka berenang. Ada playground juga walaupun nggak besar. Kemana kemana kemana-mana deket. Ke Bali Safari, resto-resto, convenience stores juga banyak di sekitar jadi asik mau stay di hotel oke, mau keluar juga oke. Tamu rata-rata orang luar. Saya nggak nemu tamu Indo sama sekali. Stafnya lumayan ramah walaupun lebih ramah ke bule. 😂 Would be better if we had bath tub. Overall we had a great time. My daughter loves the hotel so much.

I have been coming since years ago with family here. Its a very nice place and for me its giving a nostalgic moment. Facilities are still kept well. Always love coming here.

Nice room, very good for family.

Great service and facilities, even post-pandemic. The only complaints I have are that the kitchen utensils (knives, cutting board, etc.) Are in rough condition but still usable. Great for a family-my kids loved it!

Hotel yang lumayan tua, tapi perawatannya masih terjaga dengan bersih, fasilitas juga sangat lengkap apalagi untuk anak-anak happy banget, pesan yang family 2bed room, lengkap banget peralatan masak & kitchen nya besar.

Staff (receptionist) weren't welcoming. Most of all hygiene needs to be improved, especially the toilets. The pictures looks like we got a balcony but we got none (additional 250k/night of a room with balcony). Also the extra bed charged 250k/night and it was put in the living room area (where the AC feels unmaintained and hot), it just not worth the price labeled, bed weren't comfy. After all the pandemic, hospitality must have been improved. We are also acquired to wash our own utensils by hotel 's policy, which is quite weird for the first time experience. I wish I chose other new hotels nearby. Thankyou very much.

Receptionist waktu kami cek ini kurang memahami traveloka, seperti biasa, kurang bijak, padahal ini ketiga kali dalam bulan ini saya anter teman kesitu.

Pelayanan bagus, dapat welcome drink juga. Kamar luas dan bersih, dengan harga segini layak untuk kunjungi lagi di waktu yang mendatang

Tidak nyangka gitu kesimpulannya, check-in cepat, kamar luas, pelayanan ramah membantu banget.

This is definitely the best suites ever compared to the others in the same price. All the equipment went well, clean and spacious room with complete kitchen set. All the staffs are nice and they have amazing pools (there are 2 pools, one with long sliding that kids surely love), the soaps (handwash, bathsoap & dishes cleaning soap all are very fragrant), and they provide water dispenser with 2 gallons of drinking water. Amazing right 👍

Kamar luas bagus untuk keluarga.

The hotel was amazing. My whole family loves it. Since this time is not holiday peak season, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The pool was awesome, the playground was fabulous. The staff was helpful and friendly although we might feel the difference between us as domestic tourist and tourists from abroad. The room was spacious and clean. They upgraded my room from no-balcon room to one with balcony. Really appreciate that. One thing that can be improved is in restaurant. Since we are moslems, we need to know weather the cooking wafes used to cook our meals is different from those are used to cook pork. It would be very wonderful if they mind this halal issues for all moslems guests. Bali is great city with tolerance among the people from any kind of differences. This would be very nice and relieved to find such hotels with this service.
