It was a good location right in the beach and 3 minute walk to town.

Comfy room and the breakfast was great! Close to the beach as well.

Truly the best hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Although the property says parking is available, it’s only general public street parking. You have to circle many times to find a spot. There is no specific parking for hote guests. Also, the pool is not open to children, and this is not mentioned on the website. The rooms were bare and super basic, and much closer to 3 stars than 4. Had I known these things, I would have booked elsewhere. The staff was very kind and the restaurant location (facing the beach) were great.

Pay the extra and get the sea view balcony. The location is fantastic and the breakfast was awesome!

Hotel Horitzo is one of the best properties in Costa Brava, right next to the Beach with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding. I stayed in a sea facing double room, the amenities were very good in my room. My stay at this hotel was a test case for this hotel since have a wedding coming up in June and I was looking for a really good hotel for 30 of my guests. We have booked all the rooms at the main wedding hotel (Santa Marta) and we needed additional rooms for our guests. My experience staying at this hotel was excellent. I have booked 16 additional rooms for June at this hotel for my guests. Hello Joseph, Your staff was super sweet when I stayed at the hotel. But there is one problem, after I came back to US, I am trying to talk to the Reception at the hotel, there is only one number listed. It is almost impossible to connect by phone to your Reception. As I have very important guests staying for 3 nights at your hotel, it is important that I talk to someone at the hotel to make sure everything goes smooth during their stay and I may need additional rooms. I will appreciate if you can make sure the experience 30 of my guests who will stay at your hotel is outstanding. Everything was good, food is 5 stars, everything is clean, staff is amazing. Only down side that makes me rethink another visit is the price charged to use the swimming pool, £15 for 2 hours, considering is a 4 stars hotel, and if you have a bad weather you run out of any leisure options... really think this could be less.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel pour 2 nuits. Nous étions en demi-pension. Vraiment très bien.

This beachfront hotel was our stop after a long, hilly bike ride from Palafrugell. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for two tired cycle tourists. Note, they are pretty much the only restaurant open in the area during November for dinner. Much to our surprise. The buffet on offer was good with lots of variety to choose from. The same goes for breakfast buffet, which was delicious fuel for our ride to Barcelona. Kudos to the two waitstaff who were working hard keeping up with the many people dinning there. The other note, there is room in the little luggage storage for bikes, but you have to carry your bikes up the outdoor stairs to the lobby.
