숙소가 깨끗하고 조용하고 좋았어요~

객실이 깨끗하고. 센트로 지구의 여러곳을 이용하기 좋은 위치에 있어요. 단. 그라나다 나스르 궁전 방문에는 좀 불편했어요. 조식 이용시간이 늦었지만 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있어 좋았어요.

The pool was much smaller than it looked in the pictures.

The reason why we chose this property is the pool terrace and it views (showcased as its main attractive). The afternoon we decided to enjoy that amenity, little did we know that we would be chased out of the pool aerea at a certain point. Starting 6 pm, we were permanently reminded that the area was reserved for upcoming dinner patrons. Albeit mild, it was an unrelenting harassment by staff. We were asked to moved from one area to another, twice. Then staff would be frantically cleaning around you. Even if we were guests of the hotel, we felt not welcomed there. As a result, the overall experience at this property was unpleasant.

El hotel acaba de ser remodelado, sus habitaciones son limpias y muy acogedoras, el personal es amable y siempre atento a ayudar si se necesita, la comida es deliciosa y el buffet del desayuno permite antojarse de una gran variedad de platos que encajan en múltiples perfiles alimenticios.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, perfect to visit Granada. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is attentive and helpful. The swimming pool at the terrasse is smaller than it looks, but the views of the city from there are worth the visit. Highly recommended.

Wenn man das Central House Granada kennt mit der wunderbare Einrichtung ind Rooftop Terrase und Blick aus Sierra Nevada , da ist man ganz schön enttäuscht im Central House Lissabon. Ganz normales standard Hostel keine Besonderheit. Im Gegenteil... wenn man mit dem Hostel Granada vergleicht , wo jedes Zimmer 2 Toiletten hat, hier nur eins, muss man sogar von der 5 Etage runter zur Null, weil jeder kennt das Problem wenn Zimmer mit 8 Personen beöegt ist. Übrigens das gleiche Produkt kostet in Granada 60% weniger, das muss mir erstmal einer erklären. Fazit: Enttäuschend einmal und ds wars.. Zumal die Zimmer schon.um 13.00 fertig waren , aber das Check in stur um 15.00 vorgenommen wurde. Hier leider wieder Vergleich...on Geanada haben Sie mich schon um 11.00 reingelassen

Great location for Granada. Easy tax ride (or shuttle) to Alhambra. Rooftop pool is more a plunge-pool but very nice all the same. Breakfasts were excellent! Finding the parking was very difficult - the hotel needs to do more to guide people in. The satnav doesn’t cope with the local streets.

This was an excellent hotel!! The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming at each and every interaction. The coffee was delicious in the cafe downstairs, and while we didn’t eat breakfast here, we noticed many other guests eating fabulous looking meals. The rooms were incredibly clean upon arrival and the daily cleaning service was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! Location is central and a great jumping off point for exploring all of the beauty Granada has to offer!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Barcelo Carmen hotel in Granada with our family UNTIL the last morning, when we woke up and discovered a leak under the bathroom sink that soaked all of our toiletries and clothing items we had stored on the shelf under the sink. Rather than taking the final morning walk as we had planned before catching the train, we had to spend time that morning individually drying off all the items as we didn't want to bring wet items with us. When I informed the manager Paula at checkout about our experience with the leak, and the inconvenience it caused us as well as lost time to take a final morning walk in Granada before going to the train station, Paula provided no accommodation. She said since nothing was permanently damaged she could provide no discount. I think the least she could have done would have been to comp the couple of drinks we had ordered at the rooftop bar the day before. I was taken aback by Paula's lack of customer service and not understanding that a bathroom sink leak is unacceptable and the hotel guests should not bear the burden of the leak with no accommodation. Otherwise we had a lovely stay at the property, and until this incident happened, I would have recommended the hotel - especially the family guest room if traveling with kids. The breakfast was also great. But the lack of consideration towards the guest experience definitely makes me pause before recommending this hotel to anyone else....lest anything go wrong!

I love this hotel, I’ve stayed in it multiple times over the years. This time, I booked a deluxe room with a terrace and it was incredible. The pool is great, the only downsides are that the bar service doesn’t start til 2 pm and it only serves food in the evenings. But I’d just nip out for lunch - plenty of good, cheap options nearby.

Hotel belíssimo!!! Vista linda, quartos muito agradáveis, equipe no geral eficiente. Muito confortável!

Wonderful place to stay in Granada. Property was kept clean, staff were friendly/helpful, and the food was great! The rooftop has unbelievable views of the Alhambra. The gym was somewhat smaller than I expected, and there was what seemed to be a trainer conducting personal training sessions in the free weight area. This made it difficult to use some of the equipment. Would absolutely stay here again!

朝食が美味しかった。部屋は奥のビルで眺望なかった。朝掃除の札かけて2時頃帰ったらまだ掃除されてなかった。場所はメイン通りですがどこへ行くにも坂を登って30分は歩く覚悟が必要です。

Rooms are on the smaller side but beautiful and clean inside. Close to attractions.

We can hear a noise outside from the room.
