Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit überaus freundlichem Personal. Die Qualität des Essens ist für ein All-inclusive Hotel sehr gut.

Family of 3 with a 8 year old kid traveling from US . We did get a room upgrade with sea view . Staff across the property was very courteous and always helpful . As we are vegetarian , food was really good with various options in every meal . We did a few fine dinning options during our stay and the chef went out of way to accommodate our vegetarian and dietary needs . Special curated drinks were made on requests . Evening entertainment was good for kids and adults . Would definitely come back .

Returned to this Hotel for our tenth visit, gets better every time. Luxurious rooms excellent food , fantastic cocktails and premium drinks. Staff could not be faulted , friendly efficient and professional.

Es waren 10 fantastische Tage in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Insbesondere möchten wir uns bei dem erstklassigen Personal bedanken, das dafür gesorgt hat, dass es uns an nichts fehlte . Ob Koch, Kellner, Zimmerfrau oder Gärtner, alle strahlten eine unglaubliche Freundlichkeit aus. Für das leibliche Wohl war mehr als genug gesorgt. Wenn man wollte konnte man den ganzen Tag essen, sich Cocktails am Strand servieren lassen oder in einem der vielen Restaurants essen oder sich eine Snack holen. Die Patisserie mit ihren leckeren Törtchen hat uns jeden Tag magisch angezogen. Es gibt aus unserer Sicht absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir sind sehr gern wieder Gast in diesem Hotel.

Some staffs were very nice and kind but generally speaking more than half of them grumpy and unwelcoming. Felt very unwelcome throughout the stay

4. Kez geldik. Her defasında memnun ayrıldık. Çocuk ile çok rahat. Çok büyük bir otel değil. Çocuğa hakim olmak kolay. Kids club tüm çalışanları ilgili ve sevecen. Yine geleceğiz...Başka Barut otellerini de deneyimledik. Hepsinde belli bir standart var. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Herşey için çok teşekkürler...

Sauberkeit im Bad und das Jacuzzi könnte sauberer sein. Das Jacuzzi wwurde nie gereinigt in dieser Woche. Alles andere war Top.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Very simple and elegant design that made me and my family feel comfortable

Der Service war hervorragend und das Essen war immer lecker und vielfältig. Auch das Zimmer war top, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: In der Off-Season gab es leider nicht so viele Freizeitangebote, und die Live-Musik sowie einige Entertainer konnten nicht ganz überzeugen. Trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt insgesamt, besonders wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre.

My family and I stayed at Barut Hemera during the low season in February. I was concerned about the amenities as our vacation was during winter, but the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of restaurant options, activities and hospitality services. Our kids, 9 and 15, had a relaxing time, spending time at the pool, the sauna and the Turkish hamam. Every meal was amazing with lots of options across cuisines. We also enjoyed the a la cart seafood restaurant called Sandal, which offered a great feast. Lastly, every single employee at the hotel was warm, accommodating and with a simle on their faces. Barut Hemera is going to be on top of our list for our next vacation in Turkish south.

Excellent especially for families with young kids. There's plenty to do. Good food with lota of choices. Only complaint would be that the indoor pools weren't heated to the temperature it was meant to be heated to on the last day of our stay (i.e. to 28 degrees for the adults pool and 29 degrees for the kids pool - the kids pool was actually much colder than the adults one), so we couldn'treally use them for very long at all. With it being the winter, warm indoor pools are a central part of the holiday. Pleased with everything else.

Otelin hizmeti ve imkânları çok güzel. Ancak ben rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce gürültü hassasiyetimin olduğunu özellikle söyledim. Otel ilk gece pek kimsenin olmadığı bir kata verdi beni ve sessiz uyudum. İkinci geceden itibaren çocuklu aileler yan odalara geldi ve eziyet başladı. Çocuklar çok fazla gürültü yaptı ve huzurlu dinlemedim odada. Bir kere resepsiyona bu konuda şikayet ilettim ama malum aile olunca ne yapabilirler ki !? 5 yıldızlı otellerde bekar ve solo erkek (!) misafir pek tercih edilmez ancak aileler daha rahatsız edici bence. Yatak odalarının olduğu kısım dinlenmek içindir, ben katlarda bağıra bağıra oynayan çocuklar gördüm her gün, otelde çocuklar için pek çok oyun alanları olmasına rağmen. (5 gün kaldım). Otelin odaları ses geçirmez deniyor ama ben yan odadaki konuşmaları duyuyordum. Gürültü hassasiyeti olanlar için tavsiye edemem, ama bu otelin değil bazı çocuklu ailelerin düşüncesiz ve saygısızlıkları yüzünden olduğunu da belirtmeliyim.

On a eu un bon service de la part de tout le personnel, je tiens à les remercier. Tous les hôtels Barut se valent et on est jamais déçus ma famille et moi. À recommander!!!

Special thanks to Guest Relationships Manager - Mr. Vural SÖNMEZ, and Chief of Restaurants- Mr. Mehmet and Front Desk - Miss. Ümmü, they are the people let us another booking for Barut Hemera Hotel for our next trip. Except for the items below, everything was nice. Reason of these written items, in order to upgrade the service quality with prospective way. 1-) Wall mounted type A/C, which was working noisy, 2-) Housekeeping for room cleaning was not done properly and on time, 3-) The signal quality of wi-fi was week and, 4-) Fire show at Live Music area was not been thought well, because it caused strong smoke at the air which can create extra sickness especially for astyma patient, and allergies at eyes who has eyes sensitiveness. Thanks to well educated staff of Barut Group.

We love staying at the Hemera Barut Hotel! My daughter is a big fan of the kids' club, thanks to all the staff. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find organic shampoo in the bathroom – we loved it! I'm usually not a fan of all-inclusive hotels due to the quality of the food, but this time, it exceeded my expectations. The dinner, breakfast, café, and desserts were all excellent. Unfortunately, I gained a little weight because of all the delicious food! I can only say that we will be back soon.
