친절합니다

평점이 좋아서 기대하고 갔는데 너무 별로였습니다. 직원 서비스도 미흡 하고 타올도 누렇고 레노베이션 한지 오래 되어서 방 상태도 쾌적하지 못했습니다.

아주 편하게 쉬고 갑니다. 다음에도 오고싶어요.

고풍스러운데 잘 관리되어있어서 고급호텔의 품격을 지니고 있습니다 위치도 좋고 맛집도 바로 앞에 있어서 더 굿

The hotel is luxurious and elegant. Among the hotels I stayed at in Spain, the staff here are the friendliest. I had a course meal in the evening, and the food was delicious, with the piano performance adding a lovely touch. If I visit Barcelona again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

One of the best breakfast I have experienced. Staffs are very kind and cozy location.

숙소는 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 원하는 식당, 쇼핑몰까지 거리 400~500m가 있다보니 걷거나 버스를 타거나 하는건 조금 불편했습니다.

쇼핑하기 좋은위치 람블라스거리가 가깝지는않지만 가우디건물들은 가까워서 거리부분은 장단점이있음

Luxury hotel - everything was perfect

Perfect experience

This hotel was cruising towards a very good review based on strong performances for staff in reception, portering, concierge, bar and restaurant until the proverbial 'car crash' happened. This event is one of my greatest irritations with hotels. The event was closing the bar for a private event. I was directed to the terrace bar on a cold and windy evening! Awful experience!

Is certainly one of the leading hotels and the staff were just amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will be making it our go-to place in Barcelona now.

Depressing. In desperate need of a full gut renovation. This could be one of the best hotels in town, but for the rate you pay and what you get for it, it feels like one of the worst. We were given an incredibly ugly room that even had frosted glass on the windows. The bathroom was hideous. They changed us to a room in a higher floor, which was still very depressing. Carpet smelled bad, phone didn't work and some lights and outlets were also down. The breakfast is served in the patio, which is only partially enclosed by a temporary tent-like fabric roof. They installed a multitude of heaters to avoid the cold air current in winter, but you still feel it. Uncomfortable to have breakfast there. The incredibly expensive New Year's Eve dinner was a huge and interminable disappointment. We did not understand most of the dishes. Could finish only 2 of 12. We took the rooftop dinner as we thought it would be best for the fireworks, but the dinner was so off, that we couldn't even make it to midnight. Four Seasons should take over and bring this establishment back to what it is supposed to be. Avoid at all costs in the meantime.

All around excellent, accomodstions amd staff were excellent. Our stay was very enjoyable. The linens are also exceptional quality. Great value as well.

Nice large rooms; very attentive and good servcie

All was amazing. The diner in the Gingerbread House put our stay over the top!
