Todo tal a la descripción excelente hotel. Muy limpio y con todas las amenidades. Cerca de todo y en pleno gran vía.

The room was tinier than a dorm room.thevroom was meant for double occupancy and I'm.glad I was the only person in the room. For the price charged per night it should have been larger or price should have been less . Barely any place to move or open a suitcase . They do have larger rooms but the price for the room I got and the one my friend and her husband got on a higher floor was the same and theirs was much larger !

Tiene una excelente ubicación (a una cuadra de Plaza España y la Gran Vía). El hotel tiene un diseño súper cool. Las habitaciones están limpias y con amenities básicos. Aunque son pequeñas (ideal si viajas solo). Es ruidoso pero porque se oye mucho las voces y ruidos de las habitaciones cercanas, pero no se oye ruido de la calle. Mi único tema fue que nunca entendí cómo funcionaba el aire acondicionado.

Check in took 30 minutes and the Auto check in machines which should makes things quicker didn’t work. Room was fine, but the bathroom sink had no space to put toothbrush/toothpaste. And the curtain was very thin.

Te sofoca demasiado ese palomar de cuarto no puedes respirar , al final una señora de mal intención ni siquiera se presenta con su nombre mala actitud no me dejó hacer check out si no llevaba las tarjetas que se me hace raro e. Este 2026 que pase esto jamás lo recomendaré en todo Mexico ,
