Sehr saubere Unterkunft und die Freundlichkeit ALLER Mitarbeiter im Hotel! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen! Das Personal und alles rundherum war hervorragend!!

Couldn't fault it. As expected Would come back in a heart beat. Feel breakfast should be on till 10.30. As it is every thing cleaned up at 10am at bang on the dot, so really to get breakfast you should get down for 9.30.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall den Whirlpool zu nehmen. Das Abendessen am Buffet war auch top. Leider kann man nur ein einziges Mal ein Themen Restaurant nutzen und es sind nur drei vor gemischte Cocktails zur Verfügung, was schon etwas schwach ist… Bin zufrieden.

Todo muy bonito, excepto la comida. Mi marido fue hospitalizado después de una intoxicación, probablemente por algo que comió en la cena del domingo en su restaurante.

Great hotel with nice sorundings . The food was good and all looked tidy. Good possibilities to practice different sports .

It basically comes down to this. If you have children this is a fine hotel and if you dont then do NOT go here. The amount of children and babies is insane. There is so much noise during eating! The rooms are fine and clean but you have to choose the one with a tub on the balcony! These are on the good side of the hotel and there will not be any noise in the evening. There is a beach nearby and a park to walk which is really nice. Parking is free and easy. Buffet restaurant is a 3 out of 5 for me.

Schönes Hotel und tolle Aktivitäten für (Klein-) Kinder z.B. Natura Farm oder Aqua Splash Park. Das Hotelzimmer war hell und modern eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Allgemeinzustand. Leider waren die Pools eiskalt, sodass man es nicht lange darin aushalten konnte. Die Essensituation im Hauptrestaurant/Speisesaal war leider sehr laut und chaotisch. Zu den Stoßzeiten stand man teilweise bis in die Lobby an, um an das Buffet zu gelangen. Hier wäre vielleicht Abhilfe zuschaffen, wenn das Buffet z.B. von zwei Seiten aus erreichbar wäre? Auch der Geräuschpegel im Saal war kaum auszuhalten. Leider muss ich auch die Zimmerreinigung bemängeln: Es wurde 4 Tage hintereinander nicht einmal durchgefegt, Handtücher wurden vergessen zu tauschen oder die Mülleimer wurden nicht entleert. Einmal wurde unser Zimmer sogar komplett vergessen. Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus absolut inakzeptabel. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption lief aber einwandfrei und es wurde immer direkt nachgebessert. Alles im Allem war es dennoch ein erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen und gepflegten Hotelanlage.

Jättefint hotell. Stabil all inclusive och barnanpassat. Nära till havet samt massor att göra runt området. Snäll personal.

Posizione vicino alla spiaggia, struttura ben organizzata con possibilità di svolgere attività sportive come bicicletta, padel, minigolf. Bella piscina, personale molto disponibile e cordiale, pulizia impeccabile, menù adatto alla clientela soprattutto inglese, eccellente in generale come hotel!

Loved this hotel, wouldn’t really change anything. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, only 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Shops nearby and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back

Tolles Hotel für die Familien mit Kindern. Staff, Sauberkeit, Essenauswahl und Lage waren Top.

Das Hotel war eher wie ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Essen war nicht so gut, Personal unfreundlich. Schade
