컨디션 좋음 스태프 불친절

직원들은 친절하게 응대해줬고 떼르미니역 근처라서 위치가 좋았습니다. 방 크기가 다소 작기는 했으나 문제는 없었습니다. 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

객실은 조용하나 공간이 좀 갑갑하고, 변기가 방문과 너무 가까웠어요.

위치가 너무 좋고 깨끗하고 방 크고 넓고 조식도 잘나오고, 룸 발코니도 있고 직원들도 친절하고 다 좋아요~~~~ 로마에서 여러군데 잤는데 진작 알았으면 여기서만 묵었을꺼예요 . 적극추천합니다~~~

Si vienes en tren de otra parte de Italia, muy conveniente, a solo 10 minutos de la estación de tren Termini .

Soiled towels aren’t pick up daily, we have to call fresh ones. Need more shelves to hold toiletries in the bathroom. Friendly & helpful staffs.

Fantastic location just a short walk from Rome’s main train station, making travel super convenient. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and many of the city’s must-see sights, so exploring on foot was a real treat. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The area also felt safe for a solo female traveler, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect base for discovering Rome!

Fine hotel with up to date and modern room. Staff attentive and friendly. It would have been better if coffee/beverages were offered as complimentary rather than charged.

Great place to stay in Rome very close to train station great breakfast nice A/C so clean a lot of shopping & restaurants around the hotel great staff. Thanks A+++++++++!

Very good concierge

Very clean and comfortable bed big pillows i love it. Breakfast perfect with prosecco efter your cappuccino and cornetti yummy. The hotel is so close to bus terminal and train. No need taxi Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Hotel San Remo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to be recently renovated, which added a modern touch to the stay. A great location and solid choice for a stay in Rome!

It’s was a nice, clean and upgraded hotel with a beautiful walk to city centre

Hôtel correct, avec deux chambres rénovées, spacieuses et confortables. Cependant la clim fonctionnait très mal dans l'une des chambres, il a fallut réclamer à notre arrivée pour obtenir la chambre réservée car ils nous avaient donné une plus petite. Le petit déjeuner était décevant, avec un personnel peu aimable, des machines à café qui ne fonctionnaient qu'un jour sur deux. Les produits servis étaient corrects, mais pas de clim dans la salle. L'ascenseur n'était pas fiable non plus, ce qui était problématique avec une chambre au 6e étage. Une partie du personnel était très polie et agréable, mais d'autres étaient tout l'inverse. La localisation de l'hôtel est en revanche très pratique car à proximité de la gare, des lignes de bus, ...

Amazing stay. Wish the ac was cooler but no other complaints.

The hotel was in a good location, with easy access to the train and walking in the city.

Our room 505 was very modern and cozy with a queen bed and little living room with a large sofa twin bed separated by a wall, the bathroom was very big and nicely upgraded, place was brite with 3 windows ( one in each section), unit had two independent air conditioners. Wonderful place.

Newly renovated and very easy to get transportation to get around the city. Highly recommend
