우리는 pitti uomo 참석하기 위해 출장을 왔고, 딸도 동행해서 3인이 묶을 수 있는 숙소로 별 선택지가 없었기에 이 곳에 왔습니다. 그래도 리뷰가 굉장히 좋은 편이어서 비지니스에 괜찮을 거라고 생각했습니다. 출장에 필요한 짐으로 인해 우리는 무거운 캐리어가 5개 정도 되었습니다. 입구부터 계단이 있었지만 프론트에 있는 사람은 미안해하는 기색조차 없이 우리를 빤히 보고 있었죠. 배정 받은 룸 또한 엘레베이터에 내려서 계단 9개를 올라가야 들어갈 수 있었지만, 끙끙대며 올려야 했습니다. 전기포트가 없는 것은 그렇다치고, 다리미도 없었습니다. 욕실이나 그 어디에도 일회용 슬리퍼도 없습니다. 대체로 프론트에 있는 남자 직원들은 스케줄 정리에 여념이 없어 막상 호텔에 방문한 고객에게는 신경을 쓰지 못합니다. 도와달라고 요청해도 아주 수동적인 대답만 돌아오기 때문에 오죽하면 우리 일행은 이 호텔 프론트는 차라리 자동응답로봇이 훨씬 나을 것 같다고 이야기 했었죠. 별 하나의 이유는 그래도 아침식사를 준비해주시는 미란다 외 친절한 조식 서비스 스텝들입니다. 호텔에 들어섰을 때 커튼 고리조차 제대로 달려있지 않았던 이 사진 한 장이 이 호텔에 대한 모든 걸 설명해주겠죠. 최악의 대우를 받고 싶다면, 컵라면에 부을 물조차 프런트에서 받아올라가야 하는 이 곳을 선택하시면 된다고 말하고 싶네요. 리뷰가 괜찮아서 그래도 어느 정도 안심하고 저처럼 방문했다가 낭패보실 분들 없기를 바랍니다.

혼자 여행으로 짧게 1박만 하고 갔는데, 가격대비 숙소컨디션도 너무 좋았고 아침 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 다음에 또 오게되면 이 숙소에서 다시 묵을 예정입니다. 특히 친절한 호텔리어분들이 기억에 남네요:) (혹시 추위를 많이 타시는 분이라면 후리스나 입고 자도 괜찮은 겉옷 챙기길 바랍니다.)

위치가 너무 좋아요. 주변에 맛집도 많고, 관광 다니기 너무 좋았어요.

perfectly located within a five minute walk of the main train station, the hotel provided everything needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included.

The AC was good, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot. The location was amazing right in the heart of the city. Minutes away from everything. Couple of things: the toilet started leaking water after using it and made it dodgy to use the whole time I was there. Also, there was a dead mosquito with a bunch of blood on the wall right by the front door of the hotel room as you walk in. from when someone killed it. But it wasn’t wiped or cleaned off. That was puzzling. This could definitely be improved upon.

Very good experience

Great location but didn’t like how old the hotel was. Needs bringing into the 21st century and get rid of the weird 1980s vibe. Smelt like bathroom/toilet cleaner everywhere and bed really hard and ancient. I guess you’re just paying for the location.

Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance.

Breakfast was good, location excellent. Walking distance to train terminal 2-4 minutes, everything was close by

Staff were really great and told us about water repairs and potential for there to be no water. Really apologetic, but it wasn’t their fault. Advised us to have a shower by 10 pm just in case. Property was really close to everything and the room and beds were really comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that isn’t fancy and trendy, but is homely I would recommend staying here.

This hotel is located on a busy street with tons of noise late into the night and very early in the morning. While the lobby and breakfast areas seemed nice, our room was rundown and didn’t feel clean. I would not recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay there again if visiting Florence.

Modest but charming hotel, great location. This is a traditional old hotel with well maintained but cute old appointments. Safe, inexpensive and very sweet. After a Wes-Anderson worthy lobby, you'll ascend to a laberinthine warren of hallways and find your room. Only steps from the train station but safe and walkable to all downtown sights.

駅のすぐそばにあり、主要な観光スポットへも徒歩圏内でアクセスできるため、とても便利な立地です。 朝食も非常に種類が豊富で、スタッフの対応も大変親切でした。 全体的に見て、コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと思います。 なお、日本人の方はあらかじめスリッパを用意しておくと便利かもしれません（イタリアのホテルではスリッパと歯ブラシが用意されていないことが多いようです）。

Excellent location, walk to everything. A bit run down but not too bad. Breakfast option was great to have.
