직원분들이 매우매우 친절 합니다.

very nice hotel. room was big and clean it was quiet even located nearby shopping street and restutant. overall nice condition

방이 작고, 화장실/욕실이 너무 작아서 불편 함. 칫솔/치약, 바디로션 등이 없음. 꼭 챙기세요 이 호텔 가실 분들은... 그리고 마실물 안 줍니다. 꼭 사가세요. 주차비용 추가 청구함. (14유로/박, 주변에 주차무료인 호텔 많습니다.) 출장자들이 많다. 올드타운과 렌트지역 접근성은 좋습니다. Do not believe pictures. Room is too smaller than I expected. Restroom and shower booth are too small. The amenities are only shower gel and towel. (no tooth brush/paste, shaver, body lotions...) and they doesn't provide drinking water...they charge the parking fee(14euro/night) Most guests are bussiness trip people. Don't expect Mur river view...But this hotel located nearby old town and Lend area.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen für einen Stadtbummel. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Graz kommen, werden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Danke für alles.

Gute Zentrale Lage in Graz, schönes altes Gebäude, Standardzimmer ok (lauter Kühlschrank), Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, Cafe aus dem Automaten nicht besonders. Highlight: Sauna am Dach mit Blick auf den Uhrturm.

Offenbar wurde im ersten Zimmer davor geraucht und nicht gelüftet, respektive es gemeldet, Geruch war nicht erträglich, daraufhin Zimmer gewechselt. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und für 4 Sterne nicht mehr entsprechend, wohl etwas Investitionsstau.

Rent og pent rom. Seperat toalett uten vask. Smalt baderom med dusj. Knirkete parkettgulv. God madrass i dobbeltsengen. Delikat sengetøy og håndklær. Stort sett rolig beliggenhet. Noe støy fra gaten utenfor. Svært hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Savner mulighet til å lage kaffe og te på rommet. Vannflaske må betales i minibaren. Kun håndsåpe og såpe i dusjen. Pluss for badekåper, slippers og håndklær i treningsrommet / badstu. Obs fellesbadstu der folk er nakne. Liten, men hyggelig takterrasse ved badstu.

Schönes Stadthotel mit großer Frühstücksauswahl und toller Bar.

Rooms were nice and spacious. There were no amenities of any kind and the bathroom was a little dirty.

We booked the Economy Room but it was much worse than expected. Very small, few electrical sockets, no bed table, uncomfortable bed and too hot… there are cheaper and better places in Graz. Breakfast was fine.

Lovely hotel in the city ... perfect room with awesome view ..

Excellent hotel in Graz. Central location and nice with fitness and sauna.
