Bra plassering, nærme den fineste stranden i Cala Dor. Vennlig og behjelpelig ansatte i resepsjonen. De som vasker også veldig hyggelige. Frokosten er OK og har bra åpningstid. Buffet middagen var ikke noe særlig god. Negativt at man må leie strand håndklene og at dette ikke er inkludert. Treningsrommet har ikke noe innhold og de burde la være å skrive at de har treningsrom. Alt i alt er greit hotel til en hyggelig pris. Kan anbefale dette videre til dere ønsker et fint hotel til en hyggelig pris. Takk for oss!

AMAZING Hotel! Great location to walk to nearby Cala Ferrera (front) and Cala Esmeralda (short 8 min walk). The food was buffet style; Breakfast 7:30-10:30, Lunch 1-3, Dinner 6:30-9:30. Pool Bar open from 10 am-6 pm and lobby bar open 6pm-12 am. Drinks were great! I got the all inclusive option so at times I would eat at the hotel and other times outside the hotel. Some drinks were extra even if you got all inclusive; but still good. There are shops and restaurants walking distance nearby. The room was cleaned on the daily! In the restroom there is a hair dryer and the shower has shampoo and conditioner. In the room there is also a mini fridge, safe, and a tea maker. Room also had blackout curtains, hangers for clothes, and the bed was also comfortable. Also, if you book the starfish boat tour (separate booking); there is a pick up stop left of the pool. The views were amazing! Staff was EXCELLENT! Very helpful, friendly and kind staff :) They would help in booking a taxi, but I would also use the bus (cheaper option) bus stops nearby to take to go to other places. Loved this vacation! I walked solo from the Cala D'Or bars (LOLA my fav) to the hotel and felt safe enough even though it was a 15/20 min. The hotel pool leads to Cala Ferrera where if you go left you walk towards the sandy beach (front of beach) or if you walk to the right of the pool there's a "secret" path that leads to the rocks of the Cala ***MY FAV*** Overall Incredible Hotel and Great destination!!

because of the recent refurbish, the hotel was extremely clean and modern. hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. the hotel is within walking distance to everything. food was good. the only con i have is the lack of sunbeds, i stayed here 5 days and could only get a sunbed on my last day after having to go down at 6am to reserve one.

Highly recommend, the new renovation was very modern and clean and looked very aesthetic. The location was beautiful as it was on the beach and the hotel was definitely worth more than its value for how great it was. The staff were very caring, friendly, supportive and they also made the experience alot better for us when we wanted to switch rooms and they helped us with no problem at all. Would definitly visit again.

Elmira, Mo and Eduardo were fantastic. They made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is well located, very convenient but the booking said parking included and it wasnt. Also, i found hair in the sheets and one day we didnt have electricity for 4 hours meaning no water for shower, no elevator working and some floors completely blacked out. Not a single apology from the hotel.

Rooms were incredible and the staff were all extremely helpful when checking in, we booked for breakfast which was lovely fruit and pastries with other things as well.

Das Hotel ist neu und stylish gemacht,die Lage sehr gut,das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber das Abendessen leider völlig geschmacklos, eher Kantinenessen. An manchen Stellen ist es etwas unhygienisch. Und die Parkplatzsituation eine Katastrophe.

We had a sea view. The view of Cala Ferrara from our room was absolutely stunning. Recommend sea view The only thing we did not like was the limited amount of lounges. We saw some towels in lounges all day with no one - perhaps hotel should have a policy of removing unoccupied chairs after an hour and a half. Also we saw many glasses broken in the hard tiles. It was cleaned up but the risk of cut feet in a missed piece was worrisome

Super renovierte Zimmer, Zimmer mit Meerblick zahlt sich jedenfalls aus, es war wunderschön! Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Der Ort ist extrem touristisch und es gibt eigentlich keine authentischen Restaurants dort insofern würde ich die Gegend eher meiden.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel sieht toll aus und die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft - der Blick beim Frühstück in die Bucht wird mir noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksangebot war absolut ausreichend, lecker und immer frisch. Am letzten Tag gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Wasser in meinem Zimmer, es wurde sofort reagiert und man hat sich direkt um eine Lösung bemüht. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!!

The rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The signs of wear are evident everywhere, including the mirrors and the bathroom. I can understand having two beds in a room, but what doesn’t make sense is that the beds have wheels — it’s uncomfortable for a couple. It’s also hard to understand why they still use shower curtains these days; it’s not very hygienic. The soundproofing is also nonexistent, both from the outside and between rooms. Another downside is the parking — the hotel has very few spaces for the number of rooms. The only positive aspect of the hotel is its location.

Zimmer war sehr gut, die Aussicht vom Balkon hervorragend! Das Essen hat uns gar nicht gefallen – aber das ist Geschmackssache. Der Kunstrasen beim Pool sieht etwas seltsam aus. Im Großen und Ganzen aber ganz okay, und das Personal war sehr nett.
