위치가 정말 좋았음. 베네치아 중심에 있어서 밤늦게 돌아다녀도 전혀 불편함이 없었다. 다만 4층 방을 배정 받았는데 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐들고 오르내릴때 너무 힘들었다. 조식은 그닥......

산마르코 광장과 가까우면서도 기차역에서 이동하기에 크게 불편하지 않아 좋았습니다. 리알토 역에서 수상버스를 내려서 도보로 십분 걸렸습니다. 화장실이 좁지만 베네치아 본섬이라 이해할만했고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 리프트가 없지만 체크인할 때는 짐을 들어주셨어요.

Excelente ubicación , limpio y cómodo. Se escuchan los ruidos de las cisternas o de las personas que entran y tocan timbre. O del personal de limpieza. Eso sería un punto a mejorar. De acuerdo a las estrellas del hotel es una buena opción para quedarse en Venecia.

This is a good hotel in a great location. Tje room was nice and comfortable. The limited staff is very friendly and helpful. However everything is operated digitally. The experience is very impersonal. When my room was infested with mosquitoes I wish I could speak with a person. The machine helped me out but given the amount of mosquitoes, I wish a person could have attended the issue sooner.

L’hôtel est idéalement bien située à San Marco à proximité de tout . La chambre est jolie et fonctionnelle .

L’hôtel était très bien : central, accueil parfait/poli/souriant (peut-être un peu trop présent puisque chaque départ de l’hôtel donnait lieu à la remise de la clé) et chambre agréable. La douche est légèrement petite. L’insonorisation pourrait être meilleure mais c’est le problème avec les vieux immeubles (j’entendais les gens dans l’escalier et les ébats de mes voisins du dessus). Seule déception le petit déjeuner. Indiqué comme excellent il était en fait assez limité en viennoiseries, le jus d’orange et les yaourts étaient du premier prix (pas fantastique). Au vue du prix demandé (15€) Je m’attendais à mieux.

The staff and the location are excellent and I would stay there again. The only thing extra that would be nice is tea / coffee facilities in the room or access to the breakfast room just for tea / coffee in the evening after a full day out. The location and the staff are superb, and they can provide a breakfast box if you have to leave earlier which was excellent.

Looked after well from start to finish. Friendly staff from cleaners to concierge. This was our third visit to Venice and would stay here again.

The staff at this property were very helpful and kind. You can’t ask for a better location. It’s a 2 minute walk to the square. The only downside was that we were on the 3rd floor and the room was really warm so we opened the windows at night. We were not aware of the mosquitos and woke up to numerous mosquitos in the room and we had multiple bites. The staff provided us with repelling machines and a fan to help the rest of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
