체크인 부터 (물수건 및 웰컴 드링크 제공과 함께) 품격있는 자세로 신속 친절하게 이루어짐. 슬리퍼, 무료생수 제공, 치약칫솔 제공 안됨. 객실과 욕실 상태 매우 좋고 청결함. 정확한 간격은 모르겠으나 하루에도 수차례 룸 컨디션 체크하며 필요한 것 없는지 확인함. 위치는 검은머리전당, 피터성당, 갤러리아쇼핑몰 근처이고 자유여신상 인근이기도 해서 매우 좋음. 조식은 재료 하나하나에 정성이 깃든 신선도 높은 것들임(식사 전 입맛을 돋우는 드링크 제공). 비 올때는 우산도 먼저 챙겨줌. 완벽한 호텔이고, 굳이 흠을 잡자면 주차(발렛 포함) 35유로로 비쌈.

Could not fault this hotel. Came for a 3- night stay with my husband as we had never been to Riga before. This hotel made our trip. It is perfectly located, in walking distance to everything, clean and warm. The spa is outstanding - the pool is heated to around 31 degrees which is lovely. The sauna, gym, steam room etc sew so immaculate (look new) and largely empty. Rooms are spacious and really well equipped - no niggles (enough coathangers, plugs and mirrors in the right places, tea and coffee etc, usb ports - all well thought out). Service was also impeccable and the breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Every time I come to Riga, I stay In kempinski, because it’s the best hotel in Riga. Pool, spa, ambiance.. everything is just great! Highly recommended!

The place is a gem. Staff is not only friendly but also personal.

Absolutely fantastic. Would not even consider staying anywhere else when visiting Riga. The staff are exceptional and make you feel very special. We used most of the facilities and all were as you would expect from a high end hotel. Simply brilliant all round.

For the most part the staff was outstanding and incredibly attentive. When I did have an issue they were responsive and respectful. As a single traveler they made me feel safe and taken care of

From the moment we arrived until we left, this was an exceptional experience. We left our hearts here, please don't foward them as we will need them when we return, hopefully soon!
