Equipe excelente., vista para a praia, quarto otimo, bom almoço e café da manhã. Banheiro excelente , o quarto é grande comcama king , tem armário e cofre( tem q.pagar). Piscina aquecida , solário, bar com vista para praia. Boa localização. Só nao tem academia de ginástica . Tem até alguns dias com música ao vivo. Adorei a estadia.

We chose a room to overlook the beach especially. The room was small but clean The bed was quite uncomfortable. We asked at the front desk if they could help improve and soften the extreme hardness of the mattress. They prompltly arranged for mattress toppers to be placed on the bed. This helped but overall it remained uncomfortable. One question is.....why charge guests for using a security safe? It's fixed in the wardrobe within the room? Why should a hotel guest be charged to use a fixed item? This does not make sense at all! Plus guests have to pay the front desk cash! To use a safe! Perhaps they will charge guests to use the television next? The staff made our stay extra special Michelly, was serving at breakfast, lunch. Always a smile 😃 Rodrigo was so professional and pleasant Another man greeted us at breakfast each day but didn't wear a badge, equally pleasant All staff were professional and spoke excellent English Nothing was too much trouble Edienne cleaned our room every day to a very high standard One more thing.....just a little thing .....2 people in a room Maybe treat them daily with 2 bottles of water .....one each as the bottle left was very small. Very expensive break for us in this hotel, so sadly its these teeny things that would please guests if implemented 😊

Beautiful hotel, good area and we like the breakfast.

The location and restaurant are excellent, however, this is a “bare bones” hotel. We had to pay a daily fee to use the room safe, a first for me, they provide no tissues, there was not even a Do Not Disturb sign to hang on the door, and no hand towels.

Great location, clean and new, beautiful view.

I liked the stay and convenience of the property location and the staff was very courteous.The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Wished they had outdoor cocktails service and lunch on the beach. However management wasn’t forthcoming in maintaining accountability for what was verbally promised and negotiated. There was no Honor in their Word!

We had a great stay here, easy access to the beach, great breakfast. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Clean. Really clean. We will go back.

Had no issues checking in. Service by all staff was exceptional for sure. Although, the hotel charges € 1.50 per day for the use of the safe. Honestly, when you are charging as much as they are, why be petty with such an insignificant amount. Bad PR. It should be free as well as at least a bottle of water.

Excelente en todos los aspectos y sobretodo la cordialidad y profesionalismo que te brindan en la recepción, el ambiente es acogedor y placentero. Sin duda alguna me encantaría regresar.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Nothing was too much to ask for. Very clean and presentable hotel with great facilities. Would highly recommend.

L'hôtel est correct. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse accessible en tout temps, avec vue sur mer, chaises longues et parasols. L'accès à la plage est facile. On aurait aimé utiliser la piscine, mais on nous oblige à porter un casque de bain, que nous pouvons acheter sur pkace pour 5 euros. Nous étions 4, on a laissé faire. Le buffet est bon, mais manquait de variété. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour acceder au centre-ville.

L’hotel est très bien situé et surtout très agréable, quant aux personnels de l’hôtel toujours disponible et d’une serviabilité à toutes épreuves
