Just good for biz stay

The breakfast is perfect and abundant. Very good service. The only true downside was the bed which was really narrow for 2 people and blocked by a wall on one side

The hotel and it staff was exceptional! We were taken great care of and felt really accommodated for such a cheap price! The only downside was the location. It is pretty far of from Krakow centre and the old town but it was nothing unmanagable.

Personale poco collaborativo, nessun riguardo per gli ospiti. La pulizia della camera dopo 2 giorni e poi la colazione per gli italiani che non mangiano il resto ,solo pezzi di torta dura. Inoltre il caffè dovevi pagarlo altrimenti non te lo davano. Esperienza negativa. Lontano dal centro

The property itself was amazing. If you are looking for something that’s in and around touristy places, I would recommend more central locations. The staff there were ever so accommodating

Great hotel!

Clean, quiet, good quality hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast good and decent price. Only negative is that it's bit out of town and nothing obvious around in the way of bars/restaurants etc but transport into centre is good and area felt safe enough coming back in the evening.

Comfortable beds, though limited amenities.

Great value. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great choice for families. Also jas everything needed for events/banquets. Bed was very comfortable. Only drawback was noise. Rooms are not soundproofed. That said, i would stay again.

Has wooden floors and people walking( and children playing can be plainly heard below. Corridor to room sound insulation is very poor. A pity because in all other respects it is very good.

Albergo un po' decentrato ma ordinato e pulito. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza confortevole, colazione onesta.

I like the hotel, its cleanliness and staff very much . aI will most likely at some point stay there again. My only issue with Hotel Krakus is its location. There is nothing in walking distance. When I come to Krakow I like to walk to my business meetings as well as my leisure activities.

The staff was friendly, especially the man who facilitated translating options on our dinner meals.

Everything was OK, but the smoking area next to the entrance is terrible

Kort vei til byen med buss,sparkesykkel. Kjøpesenter 2 busstopp unna. Liten butikk 150m unna. Grei bar restaurant.
