Need deep cleaning

Tudo muito bom, inclusive o café da manhã. A porta do banheiro do térreo não estava fechando direito e o aviso de pagamento de tarifa da cidade de Veneza foi informada apenas ao final, podendo ser informado no Checkin. Nada a diminuir de forma relevante a pontuação.

Very hot with no aircon in April so noisy at 6am outside. Very small bathroom. The room was a good size and the breakfast tart was delicious.

The hotel was very traditional and in a fantastic location, about 20 minute walk to the square and very close to lots of great reasonably priced bars and restaurants. At the hotel We were always greeted very warmly by staff, particularly Mustafa! Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but enough, with pastries, toast, fruit salad, eggs, hot and cold drinks etc

Simplesmente uma maravilhosa surpresa. Quarto recém reformado, as acomodações muito boas, confortáveis. A região, uma grata surpresa, pois não fica nos lugares mais badalados, mas em uma região muito linda, confortável, segura e possibilidade de vivenciar a vida veneziana. A localização, confunde um pouco, pois não é muito fácil de encontrar a entrada no início.

The room was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. Overall a great experience.

Hotel was just okay. The staff was nice enough, but left a lot to be desired. The location is fairly far from the train station. Google Maps will tell you to get off the ferry boat early, then walk for 30 minutes. Instead, board at the Ferrovia stop, and take it to Giardini. Then it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel through the park. The hotel itself was decent and clean. The lobby smelled a little funky, like sewage, or someone was hotboxing it with farts. It smelled different with different staff. We had two twin beds which were weirdly close together, and smaller than twin beds in the United States. Around 7am, people would be outside moving carts and making a lot of noise, so be aware. The real downer was breakfast. It was terrible. The scrambled eggs were likely powdered, definitely not fresh. The assortment of meats, breads, and cheeses were all cold and the toaster was broken. There are several decent cafes nearby that had better options.

O quarto é típico de Veneza, com a arquitetura antiga e linda, porém com o banheiro reformado, o que foi um ponto muito positivo. A equipe é ótima e gostaríamos de agradecer o Moreno por todo o suporte e atenção! Com certeza vale a pena ficar nesse hotel!

Lovely room. The staff were very lovely and accommodating. The first member of staff gave us an excellent recommendation just down the road from the hotel and it was beautiful food for our first meal in Venice. We would stay again x

Das Hotel ist etwas altbacken, aber mit Charm. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.
