너무 만족했습니다. 3명이서 한 방을 썼는데 다소 협소하긴 했지만 출장으로 가서 하루만 숙박을 하였고, 주변에 맛집도 많고 꽤 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 마음에 들었습니다.

4성급 호텔치고는 그저그랬음. 위치도.도심에 가까웠지만 좀 애매했고 호텔도 약간 노후한 느낌. 직원들음 친절한편이며 인상적인건 객실 내 음악설치 정도 다음 볼로냐 여행을하게된다면 다른 곳에서. 숙박을 할듯

Staff were most gracious and helpful. Loved the property generally though our room was a bit small; however the bathroom was spacious and walk in shower was spacious and rain showerhead was great!

Lovely hotel with the nicest staff. I enjoyed my stay and the restaurant and bar were very nice. Excellent location.

Splendid lobby; excellent bar; good restaurant; great location; quiet. But some staff had an attitude interacting with guests and there were numerous problems with the room, particularly the bathroom: shower door didn’t close, soaking the entire bathroom floor; no shelf in the shower requiring keeping toiletries on the floor. Sink would not drain and had to be serviced. Keys to the room didn’t work and had to be replaced. One of the receptionists presented a card (for a key) without programming it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Our room was tiny but nice. The elevator was under repair while we weee there which meant climbing lots of stairs! The hotel is in a GREAT location to everything.

Great property. Very close to city center and so many wonderful restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room although small was very comfortable.

Lonely staff, great breakfast and perfect location

Breakfast and restaurant Staff was absolutely amazing, and everything was very clean during my stay. I really like the fact that Cristiano was so kind to give me an upgrade the first night; however, on the following nights it was a complete downgrade. I mean, it was not something that I really think was value for my money. I've stayed in Corona de Oro for more than five years, and usually everything goes very smoothly. I think that most of the staff, like the guy that is at night, he's such a sweetheart, and Cristiano was also a super cool guy and very giving, but there was no water in my room every day. I know there was one grumpy guy at the reception that was not doing things right. I mean, it was not every time that I asked for something that he was doing it with a very bad vibe and not willing to help. It seemed that one day that I asked for transportation from the fair to the hotel, they made a big mess because they didn't give me the name or the license plates or the car make. In order that I can find that person, 30 minutes after they say, "Well, you need to pay because the guy is looking for you." I said, "But I don't have even the information." I started walking back to the hotel. I think that there's a couple of people, or maybe we just one people, that is a bad apple right now inside the hotel, and maybe they should just pay more attention to that.

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful wherever we had questions or needed something. Arranging transportation to and from the train station was also taken care of as well as dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was fantastic

Great location, beautiful hotel and very attentive staff.

We prepayed for four nights, but upon checking in we noticed that the rooms were actually going for about half. Especially given the worn and dirty room we were given (old toothpaste splatter on the mirror, walls, etc.), I raised the issue. A certain front desk individual immediately challenged me asking for evidence (easily found online) and then cynically explained that it was just too bad. I then asked for the general manager but the person claimed that he was the manager. I insisted and the GM appeared - he was professional and immediately moved us to a much better room, which was appreciated given the whole ordeal. Pricing issues aside, such passive-aggressive behavior and lack of client focus from staff would never occur at a top tier hotel. In contrast, The GM and the rest of the staff were really solid, but the problem individual should not be allowed in front of clients or to train other staff. I should also mention that the breakfast staff were friendly and responsive although we noticed that the pastry (pear cake, etc.) was old, dry and depressingly redisplayed for the entirety of the three days we ate there.

The check-in staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was quite expansive with made to order omelets. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again!
