Solo trip and made to feel like I was a family member. I had a solo single room with toiletries replaced daily. The owners were very relaxed and accomodating and with zero issue helped me print a train ticket. The area is fine, metro close by. You will need to take stairs but the owners were great and I wpuld stay here again.

Small place, but OK with what qe could have a that level of price.

When i arrived i thought its old fashioned and my room was up on the top 4 floors ,luckily i didnt have much luggage, the room was very comfortable. Milan is expensive. Walking distance to town and the best coffee shop Pacifico on the corner. Lots of eating options.

Great value! Amazing staff. Hope on a scooter, and you will be in the heart of Milan in 10 minutes!

Trivelig hotell i et område med mange små hotell og noen få men gode restauranter. Lite enkeltrom, men hadde det en trengte. Bodde høyt oppe i etasjene, og det ble en del trapper. Ingen heis. Så passer ikke de som er dårlig til beins. Alle de som jobbet der var svært trivelige og gav god service. Det så ganske nyoppusset ut,og aircondition fungerte ypperlig. God lyddemping mot gate. Det var stille.

Good location, friendly staff, the room is in a good condition, clean and with conditioner. The only small problem for those whose room is on the third floor is that they don’t have a elevator. Knowing this in advance, I’d chose this hotel anyway.

Hotel pequeño pero con buena ubicación, personal que atiende es muy amable.

Hotel sencillo, el personal muy amable. Buena relación calidad precio, buena ubicacion. habitación sencilla pero muy limpia y en buen estado de mantenimiento, la mia daba al patio con árboles, me encantó. Yo he descansado bien. Lo único es que no tiene ascensor, que para algunas personas puede ser complicado.

Probably the kindest people to have lent me a room to stay in. The room was good, clean, and the bed, although smaller than most hotel beds, was very comfortable. The people that work there, they may be the owners, they deserve all the praise. Very wonderful human beings. Highly recommend it!

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement avec un accès rapide au métro et à de nombreux magasins et autres commodités, ce qui est très pratique pour explorer les environs. La propriétaire est attentive et soucieuse de satisfaire ses clients, ce qui ajoute un vrai plus au séjour. Cependant, le comportement bruyant de certains voyageurs perturbe la tranquillité, notamment en pleine nuit, avec des tentatives d’ouvrir les portes des chambres, ce qui est regrettable. La chambre était impeccable, avec un lavabo à l’intérieur, bien que l’espace de la douche soit vraiment étroit et que l’insonorisation laisse à désirer.

The hotel was very good the night poter was very friendly and nice and manger was lovely to one of best hotels i had in Milano

The front desk was super rude and arrogant. They don't let you leave the hotel with the keys, you need to drop them in the front desk and they don't check for who ask the keys. If you just tell you are in room 28 they will give you the keys. I asked for no one to enter my room, no cleaning or anything. They entered in my room, moved my bag out of the way, touched my underwear, opened the windows and did not make the bag. Terrible customer service and I did not feel like my belongings were safe there.

A clean, quite and simple room.

Had a great stay in Malta hotel, a kettle in room would have been great though, convenient for metro and restaurants, nice clean hotel
