This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in accommodation like this. Even considering the prices in Rome, the room was far too small. The building itself was old and worn down, and it did not seem like there was any intention to renovate or maintain it properly. In particular, the room we stayed in had no proper way to cover the window, so there was only a curtain. Through the gaps in that curtain, we could see other people passing through the corridor — and this was from the bathroom. In the bathroom, the toilet and shower area were all in one space, and the only shower facility was a hose fixed to the ceiling, which was very inconvenient. The toilet could not even flush down two sheets of toilet paper properly. The only advantages were that it was near Termini Station, and that there was air conditioning and an elevator. Other than that, the corridor was noisy at all hours — late at night, early in the morning, and in the evening — with a mix of sounds from guests, suitcases, and staff. The interior felt almost like being in a prison. The TV had no signal, so we were not able to watch it even once. Even after several days of housekeeping, the bed sheets did not seem to have been properly washed or changed. The rotating fixture on the ceiling looked so dusty that it seemed like dust would fall if we turned it on. If I come back to Rome, I would absolutely never want to stay here again.

비행기 지연되었는데 늦게 체크인되어 좋았어요. 남자 직원분 친절하세요. 늦게 도착해서 러기지 보관소 문닫아서 걱정했는데 5분거리에 무인 러기지 보관소 있어 좋았습니다. 기차타러 갈 때는 가까워서 좋았어요!

시설은 많이 낙후되었으나 위치가 정말좋았고 직원친절도가 매우 좋았습니다

트리플룸을 이용하였는데 생각보다 좁아서 조금 불편하였습니다 하지만 스탭의친절도는 좋았고 역과가까워서 이동하기가 편리하였습니다

트윈배드개식로 넓었으나 시설이 너무 낙후됐네요 화장실물이 방까지 흘러나올 정도입니다. 다른곳으로 이동하기전에 하루정도 묶을꺼라면 있을만 합니다

테르미니 근처로 위치가 좋습니다. 주변에 빨래방, 식당, 피제리아 다 있구요. 방도 무난하고 에어컨은 없었으나 천정팬이 있어서덥진 않았습니다. 조식도 무난했어요.

this place isn't suitable to this word "hotel". It's really really terrible. if you want to experience something dirty, old, noisy, small, and dangerous, then i'll recommend. the room is dirty and small. and the bathroom is really really old, really really dirty and small. And the door lock is almost broken so it makes me dangerous. and the street where this place locate is close termini station, but also dirty and dangerous. its worst place that i know.

출장이있어서 띄엄띄엄 예약을 했어요 2박을.. 다른데로 할껄 괜히 2박 잡았네요 비추of 비추입니다

화장실 문이 부서져 있구요, 물이 잘 안나와서 씻는데 오래 걸려요 출장으로 이탈리아를 몇번 다녀왔는데 완전 비추입니다

We didn’t expect the Ritz, but overall the property was fine. Air conditioning runs on a remote. Plenty of room. Clean room and sheets. Man at desk was less than thrilled to help us, but it was ok. Breakfast that is included is minimalist. Don’t plan on getting more than a coffee and a biscuit. Location was very central.

Das Hotelzimmer entspricht in keinster Weise den Bildern, das Zimmer war dreckig, Boden hat gefehlt, schimmelige Wände und offene Steckdosen. Die Bilder sind absolut falsch dargestellt - Fenster gab es bei meinem Zimmer keines und dann wollen sie den Preis nicht erstatten.

This is a great budget hotel. Great location right beside Roma Termini station. Great restaurants and shopping everywhere. 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum or 25 minutes to Trevi Fountain. Lots to see and do. My only comment is that housekeeping starts early at 6:30am. I'm an early riser so it did not bother me.

Cuando hicimos la.reserva en la.pagina decía desayuno, aire acondicionado y WiFi. Pensamos (de acuerdo a como estaba redactado) que estaba todo incluido en el precio. El desayuno no lo estaba, si el WiFi y el aire acondicionado. Esto nos generó una confusión... y fuimos a desayunar a otro lado . Por 3 euros pudimos desayunar... en el hotel salía 7,50 por persona.

Unfortunately, this room fell below the standards of good international star hospitality, much lower than a "2-star" property's economy-tier options. This was not a comfortable or clean stay and only provided the bare essentials. It is a call for a property renovation.
