시설은 많이 낙후되었으나 위치가 정말좋았고 직원친절도가 매우 좋았습니다

트리플룸을 이용하였는데 생각보다 좁아서 조금 불편하였습니다 하지만 스탭의친절도는 좋았고 역과가까워서 이동하기가 편리하였습니다

트윈배드개식로 넓었으나 시설이 너무 낙후됐네요 화장실물이 방까지 흘러나올 정도입니다. 다른곳으로 이동하기전에 하루정도 묶을꺼라면 있을만 합니다

테르미니 근처로 위치가 좋습니다. 주변에 빨래방, 식당, 피제리아 다 있구요. 방도 무난하고 에어컨은 없었으나 천정팬이 있어서덥진 않았습니다. 조식도 무난했어요.

this place isn't suitable to this word "hotel". It's really really terrible. if you want to experience something dirty, old, noisy, small, and dangerous, then i'll recommend. the room is dirty and small. and the bathroom is really really old, really really dirty and small. And the door lock is almost broken so it makes me dangerous. and the street where this place locate is close termini station, but also dirty and dangerous. its worst place that i know.

출장이있어서 띄엄띄엄 예약을 했어요 2박을.. 다른데로 할껄 괜히 2박 잡았네요 비추of 비추입니다

화장실 문이 부서져 있구요, 물이 잘 안나와서 씻는데 오래 걸려요 출장으로 이탈리아를 몇번 다녀왔는데 완전 비추입니다

This is an old 2 star hotel that needs maintenance. I got the 4 person room and requires an upgrade, specially the bathroom. Hotel is near train station, restaurants and within ~18 min walking distance to colosseum. Staff was helpful and supportive.

Staff nice/kind, room neatly cleaned, enough hot water, hair dryer and great location. However facility awfully outdated and the bathroom definitely needed remodeling. Learned the lesson to check reviews before booking even during holiday season as it tarnishes good memory of the whole trip.

I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience at this hotel was not acceptable. I stayed for a week and the only good thing I can say is that the housekeeping brought fresh towels everyday. The staff was up 24/7 banging, screaming, making as much noise as possible constantly. Thanks to them I got an early start to my day at 7am every single day. One night I’m guessing the family who runs the place has a domestic abuse and the woman and man were screaming and yelling to the point of me being concerned if domestic violence. I was told I couldn’t have a guest. If I’m paying to stay somewhere it’s crazy I can’t. And if being family friendly is the reason the how about we leave our messy home life at home. Place was not in good condition. Showers run wrong. Just go somewhere else genuinely.

O hotel é simples, mas muito funcional. Gostamos da localização, muito perto da Termini. Super indico.

Hotel is outdated. Heating didn't work the last night of stay, I had to go to the front desk 5 times and finally it was turned on at 10:00 pm. Room is very tiny, bathroom and toilet room is tiny too. Definitely not a room for 4 people. I think 1 person probably is good for its size. Online advertisement says "continental breakfast" but they charge money once you get there. There is not hot food provided either even if you pay.

Hotel is falling apart. He didn’t even stayed there. We left and bought another hotel in the same hour.

Hotel location so convenient ans close to termonal. But the room abit old and traditional.

La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta, a solo unas cuadras de la Termini, asi que moverse fue muy facil

El hotel es viejo y sucio. El aire acondicionado no funciona, El hotel es oscuro y no hay buena iluminación. Las habitaciones super pequeñas. El personal es grosero.
