Amazing team

No me ha gustado la piscina. Habiendo tanto espacio, que sea tan pequeña y esté a la sombra, es una pena... Además estaba muy sucia y no nos bañamos.

Lovely and peaceful, the spa was such a nice experience. Staff all so friendly and attentive

The property was nice, just beware that it located in Paterna. I did not realize this. The hotel is some distance away from the heart of Valencia, but roadways are easily accessible. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast is available at a separate cost.

The Hotel was good, in general. but In the description it mentioned that The hotel has pool but when we reach there they said It is closed and open in summer. Disappointing

The positives about this hotel are that it was very clean, and the room was large and comfortable. The negatives were that it lists a 24-hour airport shuttle that doesn’t exist. It says to contact the hotel for the shuttle, which I did, only to be told “ we don’t have it”. It’s quite far from the airport, which meant that taxis were expensive. They also show a nice indoor pool/ jacuzzi etc on the photos, but don’t mention you have to pay €22 to use it, despite being a guest.

Ottimo hotel

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel leider als sehr enttäuschend empfunden. Besonders bei einem Haus, das sich als Wellness-Hotel präsentiert, hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Mängel begannen bereits bei der Hygiene im Zimmer: Die Bettdecken waren fleckig und an der Tapete im WC-Bereich befanden sich ekelerregende weiße Flecken. Zudem fehlte eine Toilettenbürste im Bad. Auch technisch gab es erhebliche Probleme; so schwankte das Duschwasser ständig zwischen heiß und eiskalt, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur teilweise. An Ruhe war morgens nicht zu denken, da das Reinigungspersonal die Türen so laut zuknallte, dass ich jedes Mal davon wach wurde. Der Wellnessbereich an sich war zwar in Ordnung, rechtfertigt aber den Namen des Hotels kaum, da die Öffnungszeiten viel zu knapp bemessen sind. Ein weiteres großes Problem ist die Kommunikation: Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, wirkt aber schlecht untereinander abgestimmt, da wir mehrfach falsche Informationen erhielten. Es wirkt so, als würden die Angestellten lediglich ihren Dienst nach Vorschrift leisten, ohne dass die tatsächliche Zufriedenheit der Gäste im Fokus steht. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier leider absolut nicht.

Todo bien, habitación grande

Mit værelse stank af cigaretrøg. Elevatorerne fra P kælderen virkede ikke Roomservice svarede ikke Elendig lydisolering så jeg kunne høre en fest udenfor hele natten Spa'en virkede åben men der var ingen til at betjene Jeg var der den 12-13. april 2026. Det var helligdag i Valencia, men det burde jo ikke have betydning for min oplevelse

Excellent staff, very clean room, excellent conditions of the hotel.

Le lit n est pas fait,la chambre pas nettoyee. Bon accueil a la reception. Petit dejeuner tres moyen, avec des moments ou il n y a plus rien et on est obliger de demander. Spa tres bien et accueil sympathique. En fait il manque un management qui controle plus, heureusement que les employes font leur possible.

Está súper lindo el hotel. Pero cuando llegamos la habitación estaba llena de mucho polvo. El personal muy amable y servicia.
