멋진 주변 환경에 있는 훌륭한 호텔, 직원들은 모두 훌륭하고 매우 친절하며, 직원 대 게스트 비율이 높습니다. 일찍 도착했고 늦게 출발했지만 시설을 이용하고 짐 보관 시설을 이용할 수 있었습니다.

직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 훌륭한 서비스였고 맛과 다양성 면에서 좋은 아침 식사를 했습니다. 방으로 가고 싶을 때는 버기카를 불러야 합니다. 열대우림 샬레에 좋은 주변 환경과 멋진 분위기. Oriental Pearl 레스토랑에서 훌륭한 중국 요리를 제공합니다. 리조트에는 놀라운 전망이 보이는 전용 해변이 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 도심 지역에서 멀리 떨어져 있고 공항에서 차로 20분 거리에 있다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 Berjaya Langkawi Resort에 머물기에 좋은 경험이었습니다.

저는 베르자야에 세 번째 머물렀습니다. 경영진부터 직원까지 전문성을 높이 평가합니다. 특히 제 분실물을 본토로 돌려보내는 데 도움을 준 자말에게 감사드립니다. 훌륭한 서비스에 감사드립니다.

Rainforest chalet. This room/chalet is not 5 star. I m so disappointed becoz the bathroom sink is clogged in first day check-in. Call plumber but the results still same for the 4th days because it happen again. The hotel only offer me to change room on my last day stay in the hotel at midnight (what kind of service recovery is that). TRUST me the room not what you expected, it's not even 5 star. Everything is not worthy when you pay rm400+ for the room. I am talking not because of the sink is clogged but it is seem like 2-3 star room. 3-4 star hotel room is much better rather than this for the price rm400+. Saya jujur/ikhlas comment jangan sampai Kamu menyesal nanti. Let's talk about breakfast. Breakfast is fine, there are variety of food but when you have breakfast 4 times with the same menu it will be boring. By the way it is including breakfast when you book for the hotel so for me it still acceptable. For me the 5 star for this hotel is the VIEW (pergh). You will njoy with the natural view and not forget for the all staff in this hotel they are polite and friendly especially food and beverage staff, they are responsible and friendly for their services. So becoz of them I still can njoy my holiday. Thank you very much for supervisor food & beverage department for the service recovery. You make my day great!

Khách sạn sạch và đẹp rất gần gũi với thiên nhiên, nhân viên việt tình và thân thiện. Điểm trừ là dịch vụ đưa rước bằng xe điện trong khuôn viên Resort bị tính phí theo phòng (5RM/room ~ 30K) thật ra thì không quá mắc nhưng khách sạn nên thông báo việc này với khách khi check in. Sàn gỗ hơi phồng rộp nên đi nghe tiếng rạo rạo rất sợ, còn lại mọi thứ đều okie. Buffet sáng rất ngon. Nhân viên thân thiện gặp khách là cười và chào + 10 điểm cho sự nồng hậu! Sẽ quay lại và thử hạng phòng sát biển.

Excellent hospitality by Berjaya Langkawi Resort. Had an awesome honeymoon stay. Totally enjoy the stay with my wife and the service offered. Will definitely come back again in future. Keep it up!

Overall it was a great stay. If you are a natural lover (even some animals), it is a must. You may encounter some friendly monkeys, lizards. The resort is built within a rainforest. Food was good and plentiful of choices. Beach was also good. The only issue was the aircon.

It is a nice resort. We booked a Rainforest Chalet and got a really nice room. We also got the retreat to nature package, which includes dinner and breakfast. The food are okay, not spectacular but good enough. The downside was the shuttle takes a long time to pick you up after you call them (you need a shuttle transport if your room is far from the main lobby). And even if you are willing to walk, it is difficult because the roads are not very well lit and there aren't too many signboards. Overall, it was still a nice stay.

1st time stay at berjaya langkawi. Really love it. Worthy it to stay here. Place is awesome. Really peaceful and relax. Beware close your balcony, otherwise monkey will come into your room. The beach is good

Overall stay was great and I fully recommended to others. Resort is beautiful. Chalet & amenities were well-maintained. A bit pricey but you get what you paid for. No covered foothpath to well-visited tourist attraction like SkyCab Station & Oriental Village which is just a walking distance when it rains or sunny.

Was a pleasant stay here with a great hospitality provided by the staff! There's access to the beach and plenty of activities can be done (picnic, beach soccer, beach volleyball)

It 's one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Room services and facilities are good. Expect peak hour delayed check in. Otherwise, Truly an escape from the daily hustle. Upon checking out I realized that 3D2N wasn't enough. Hoping for a second visit.

I booked for Premier Seaview Chalet and the room looks nice and clean.. there’s no slippers provided when we arrived so I had requested for that and got it as a stuff handled and they’re very fast response. By the way, the cons part was about when we need to go between lobby, the room or restaurant, we need a buggy as a transportation within the hotel which is quite troublesome and the waiting time for the buggy was around at least 10mins and especially peak time when all the guests came back from outside and wanted to get back to the room it needed to wait up to 45mins… so we walked and it was actually quite far (~1.6km) from the lobby to our room. We also had tried the breakfast, it’s normal as per the standardized of normal hotel but please make sure that the staff knows about the food, I had asked a waiter to double confirm me that whether the sausages were beef or chicken because my hubby got told by some staff that it’s chicken but the sign wrote beef… and the staff still told me that it’s chicken so I brought him to the small sign in front of the sausage written beef, so please be careful on this.. it’s a sensitive issue and not everyone can take beef… Overall it’s a pleasant stay 👍🏻
