The hotel is located in the center of the city. And very clean.

I love everything except for the bed. The bed is not comfortable and quite hard.

New building, very clean and very accessible to Pavilion by walking. But personally, dinner buffet & brekkie could be better. Lots choices tho. But overall experience was great and people were super warm & friendly!

Great room, very spacious & luxurious, gorgeous view! Breakfast was also really good. Recommended will definitely come back again

Did not try their breakfast but definitely a pleasant stay! Probably the best 5 star hotel I have stayed and I heard they're gonna be 6 star soon?

Awesome hotel with clean furnished room. Pool is nice and gym is fully equipped, awesome breakfast spread too! Went to a few established hotel, for example Grand Hyatt but EQ beats them hands down! Keep it up EQ!

Was a good stay and basic buffet breakfast during cmco. In terms of price, I can say grand hyatt still have more choices on breafast spread if compare price per night. Other than that, from check-in to check out is good. Facilities up to date as well.
