물 공급이 끊겨 샤워실과 화장실을 전혀 사용할 수 없었습니다. 제가 투숙했던 날 브루나이 시 전체가 이 문제에 직면했습니다. 안타깝게도 호텔 측은 투숙객을 위해 대체 물 공급이나 도움을 제공하려는 어떠한 노력도 기울이지 않았습니다.

식사 선택과 다양성이 개선되어야 합니다. 객실 시설은 약간 오래되었고, wifi도 부족하고, 최소한 스마트 TV가 필요하고 에어컨을 더 잘 제어할 수 있어야 합니다.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The room is spacious and wide, customer service is very friendly and ready to help. The AC is too cold and cannot be turned down because it is central, unfortunately there is no Qibla direction. Overall my parent really enjoy their vacation ☺.

Good hotel in the center of comercial zone of gadong. Near a lot of restaurant and hypermarket.

Please install a shower curtain . Present shower plastic wall is in wrong position. Room internet signal for various devices is poor. I normally stay at centre point for good services and location. Improve on my 2 suggested issues will be great. Cheers.
