Colazione eccellente. Caffe e cappuccino fatto al bar e servito a tavola, non i soliti distributori di bevande..

Hotel elegante, immerso nel verde, comodo e accessibile. Con annesso ristorante. Camera bella e confortevole. Colazione varia.

Bra boende när man åker med bil. Frukosten var ok. Restaurangen hade bra val på menuen. Bra parkering.

Lamentablemente teniamos 2 noches en una habitacion cuadruple de lujo y la primera noche nos dieron una doble con dos camas adicionales imposibles para dormir. No teniamos ni balcon doble ni vista a la montaña ( el balcon tenia vista a una escalera de urgencia), el aire acondicionado no funciono y el baño ni tenia la bañera prometida para una habitacion de lujo. Luego de reclamar el segundo dia, nos dieron la verdadera habitacion argumentando que el dia anterior no tenian otra para darnos porque estaba completo. El desayuno si era muy bueno y todo era muy limpio.

Camas comodas. Personal amable. Piscina con horario muy corto,la S 7 de tarde es muy pronto para cerrar en agosto

Nous avons logé dans la villa, la chambre était immense et très bien décorée. Nous avons profité de la piscine, du bar et du parc verdoyant. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité. Le personnel est disponible et très serviable. Ce qui nous a manqué, un micro onde libre d’accès et des dosettes de café dans la chambre.

We stayed at gardenia room in villa house. The space of rooms were more than enough, actually were the biggest ever been. The bathroom was modern enough, maybe I would like some more auxiliary furniture in rooms.

Super bra lägenhet med tyst o fin AC. Stor balkong, fräscht. Bra kylningens, åt frukost på hotellet en dag, sedan ordnade vi egen istället. Bra pool, nära till mycket och perfekt avstånd för utflykt till Pisa och Florens mm. Familjen trivdes bra. Sköna sängar. Vi reser runt i Italien och valde stanna 3 nätter här. Det enda som var störande var att städpersonalen pratade och lät väldigt mycket ganska tidigt på morgonen ute i korridoren.

Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield.

The unit we rented was an apartment style with one bedroom and sofa bed. That part of the hotel was brand new and beautifully done. Very quiet and dark in the evening. Very close drive to go up into the hills where there are little villages and many olive trees! Pistoia is a cute old town, which was a 10 min drive from the hotel.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, super clean rooms. Fresh, tasty breakfast. Tranquil surroundings. Highy recommended!

Basic empty apartment. Comfortable bed. Restaurant on the property was fantastic! Good place to stay for the night and recover from the flight.
