훌륭하고, 위치도 좋고, 음식도 맛있고, 여행객에게 좋은 호텔입니다.

주변 환경이 힐튼 브랜드에 비해 좋지는 않지만, 호텔은 차우킷 모노레일 역과 쿠알라룸푸르 시내 골든 트라이앵글까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 건물은 리모델링된 것으로 보이며, 특히 투숙객을 위한 주차 공간 개선이 필요합니다. 조식 메뉴는 3성급 호텔에 걸맞는 수준이며, 괜찮은 수준입니다. 호텔 부지는 북쪽 건물과 남쪽 건물로 나뉘어 있으며, 두 건물을 연결하는 연결 통로는 없습니다.

The service and room at the hotel are very good, but the traffic jam around the hotel was horrible.

Phòng cũ, khá sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, có bàn ủi, máy sấy tóc, check in 15h, check out 12h, cách âm cực kỳ không tốt, ở ngay cạnh phòng nhân viên, tiếng nói chuyện, tiếng cửa đóng mở cực kỳ rõ ràng. Dọn phòng khá trễ (sau 15h chứ không phải buổi sáng)

The hotel is not far from LRT Chow Kit, 5 minutes walk from exit A. The staff are so kind and helpful, they will collect you 30 MYR for tourism tax if I'm not mistaken, the room is completed with basic amenities we need, no need to bring toothpaste, toothbrush, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand wash, they have it all. The cleaning service will clean the room every day so you will have a clean room when you back to the hotel. The room is quite spacious for me (solo) with 2 luggage and still have many spaces. Nearby there is KK Mart open 24/7 and also Mydin and 7/11 are across the street. Breakfast is just good enough to have before starting the day. I have nothing to complain about. This hotel is worth the money.

The hotel is good, receptionist very kind. But the parking valet service very bad. Their staff try to lay inside our car. He adjusted our driver sitter and my husband saw that happened he mad at that staff. The staff shocked and opened the car door and hit the wall.

I suggest if you would like to have a happy holiday please don't book this hotel, you totally can not check in at 3pm. I wait until 3:56pm, but I was told to wait a another 20mins, because the room I book is not ready yet. Suggestion for Hilton, if you can't make it, please hire more cleaner to clean the your room, really a bad experience for your customer

Good location nearby LRT station. Nice and clean room. Friendly staffs.

1. Design is superb. 2. The bed is big, king size. 3. Room is big. 4. AC cool. 5. Hot water is good. 6. Location near masjid jamek. 7. The Smart TV is big. 8. The Food is not recommended.

Semuanya bagus kecuali service receptionist tanggal 19 Juni 2023 pukul 03.40 pagi, saya minta dibantu pesan Grab Car atau taksi karena HP saya lagi bermasalah tapi diminta cari sendiri di halte sebelah hotel sambil main HP, bad attitude.

Staff sangat membantu dan ramah, check out lambat juga dikasih, mudah cari makan, kamar bersih.

Hotel bersih, pelayanan baik, lokasi dekat ke statiun kereta. Kesilitan bawa koper karena semua pakai tangga, dari jalan masuk ke lobby.

Kamar bersih. Dan menyenangkan. 👍.
