아주 만족합니다. 넓은 공간, 편안한 침실, 생활에 필요한 대부분의 시설(세탁기, 식기류 등)이 갖춰져 있고, 주변에 마트가 있어 필요 물품 확보에 어려움이 없고 외식이 싫으면 자체적으로 해결이 가능합니다. 스플릿트 관광 중심지까지 도보로 10분정도 밖에 안걸리며, 첵크인 시, 주인께서 일반 관광객은 잘 모르는 부분을 알려줍니다. 시간적 여유만 있다면 더 머무르고 싶은 곳입니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 체크인 시 주인에게 연락해야 하는데, 주인께서 whatsapp(유럽버전 카톡)을 하지 않아 어쩔수 없이 국제통화를 하게된 점이네요. 주인님 whatsapp하세요^^

- 위치는 궁전등이 위치한 구시가지에서 조금 떨어진 편이나 도보로 움직이는데 문제는 없음(도보 약 10분) - 호스트가 매우 친절하고, 아파트 바로 앞에 주차가 가능함.(흐바르 섬에 다녀오는 동안 1박 무료 주차가능했음) - 취사 가능하고, 객실 청결하고 좋음. 세탁기도 있어 편리함

구시가지와 가까우며 주차가 편리하고 숙소 또한 쾌적하고 편안했습니다. 주인아저씨가 친절하고 유쾌한 분이셨으며 세탁기, 다양한 조리도구가 비치되어 있었고 주변에 마트가 있어서 모든 것이 편리했습니다.

모든 면에서 완벽한 숙소입니다. 아파트먼트에는 내 집처럼 편안하게 이용할 수 있도록 모든 것이 준비되어 있어요. 스플리트에 대한 기억을 최고로 만들어 준 스플릿아파트먼트!! 집주인 아저씨도 너무 친절하고 좋아요!!

부엌, 세탁시설, 주차장까지 모두 갖춘 숙소여서 굉장히 만족했습니다. 시내와는 조금 거리가 있지만 걸어서 15분 정도면 도착 할 수 있었습니다.

아파트는 넓고 침실은 청결했으며 주인이 바로 아래층에 살고 있으며 매우 친절했음. 다만 주방용품 몇개및 세탁기는 오랫동안 사용을 안한듯 더러웠으며 Old Town까지 거리는 도보로 약 15~20분. 내려갈때는 괜챦은데 저녁에 올라올때는 힘들다는 생각이 든다.

호텔 위치가 약간 복잡하고 구시가에서 약 15분 정도 떨어져 있습니다. 진입하는 골목이 주차된 차들로 인해서 조금 혼잡합니다. 그 외에는 모든것이 편하고 친절합니다.^^

Nice and clean apartment ! And kind owner It's very close by old city just 12 mins There is no lift but not hard and 18 l of hot water can be used one time So you have to wait around 30 mins if you use a lot It's just for your information

방은 일반 오피스텔 이상의 좋은 시설을 갖추었음. 침대, 훌륭한 조명, 식탁, 각종 조리도구와 잘 갖춰진 식기, 조미료까지. 드럼세탁기와 함께 에어컨이 2대나 있음. 해변에서 15분정도 걸어야 하기때문에 짐 들고 이동하기가 좀 힘들다는 단점이 있으나 주인장이 pick up 해줄 수 있다고 함. 방문시 미리 연락할것!! check out 후 버스 터미널까지 차 태워주심. ^^

Our host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well-equipped, and was pretty close to a grocery store and a reasonable walk to the old town and the promenade. We walked at night and felt safe. We were very happy with our accommodations.

Très bon accueil d’Adriana qui nous a donné d’excellents conseils de visites sur Split et les alentours .L’appartement est bien situé. facile pour visiter la old town. Seul petit point à revoir selon nous , l’équipement cuisine , un peu « dans son jus »… réfrigérateur , micro onde , machine à café et bouilloire mériteraient un coup de neuf .

El anfitrión es un entrañable señor mayor. Estuvimos como en casa. Muy agradable y cerca del centro andando. Aparcamos el coche por los alrededores sin mayor problema y disfrutamos del paseo por la ciudad

The location to the shops and old town was great - within walking distance. Archeological museum a block away. Carrying suitcases up 5 flights was difficult.

Had a bit of difficulty in finding at first but was shown by locals. Met the owner when arrived showed us around and answered questions. The internet was very poor and the TV had only one local station. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony had the sun on all day. It was very central for the Old town and the bus station is a 10 min walk. We used it to go to Trogir €4 each and Stobrec €2. It was ideal for the Airport €3. There was a park a street down. There are ATM all over but most charge. The bank ATMs are nearby and are free.

It was about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town, so it was relatively convenient. If you want to go to the ocean, it takes more than 25 minutes. The apartment was quiet, the bed and the shower were clean. I felt it was a good place to take a break peacefully after playing around all day. It was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, so I had no complaints about the facilities. If I had to comment on one thing, the Wi-Fi was a little slow and difficult to use. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Excellent location for the Old Town in Split. Some reasonably priced bars nearby and local shops. The property was well equipped and good value.

A 5-10 minutes walk from the Riva and Split city center, If you have a car, be aware that parking is scarce, but it was not a problem during my 3 days stay. Host was very sympathic and apartment has all the commodities you need. Loved it!!

Very helpful landlord who gave us a great explanation of Split with a map. The area is urban with a little graffiti but quite safe and there was an excellent friendly little supermarket a short walk away with superb bread. A short walk from the tourist centre. Highly recommended.
