1. Too small room. Very very high bed because there is a certain high part - the bed is on it - in the room, and they want to use all of it. 2. Especially the bathroom is super small that I almost got claustrophobia. There is anything like curtain in the bathroom so it can be a swimming pool. There is some danger of slipping. 3. Short check-in time, nobody is in the lobby after 20:00. 4. Most importantly, there is NO AIRCONDITIONER - the reason we book here- at the basement floor. It is okay for location, but I will not visit again here.

All of the Staff very friendly ,and helpful, taking our luggage to basement room,, narrow srairs,, but we manged also on check out,, Im 76 , , very good , great advice from young man n reception, tram stop around 5 to 7mins good hotel and area very good

Everything apart from the bed was good. Bed was two singles pushed together that kept moving apart. The mattress was quite thin and the bedding came off easily.

Terrible hotel. The stairs and the elevator are awful. The elevator only works up to the 2nd floor, not to the 4th where our room was, so we had to carry our luggage up very narrow stairs.

Easy to find. Very friendly staff with a smile. Very steep staircase in old building, but lift to take bags up and down. Family room was clean and well equipped with large bath and shower. Perfect location to explore the city easily on foot and also tram links. We thoroughly enjoyed the local Sandwich bar and De Italiaan one block away. Lidl also very close.

The staff was really nice and the late check in option worked perfectly. However the hotel would need some renovation. The room was clean but the bed and the pillows would need refurbishment.

Lovely room, has everything I needed and a good size too with a nice view of the canal. The staff were wonderful and even left me a gift and balloons as it was my birthday which was such a kind gesture. Nice location near vondenpark and the tram line which was handy for trips to the centre although I did walk it on occasion.

Do not book this hotel. We had this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived at 11pm second night our room had no electricity and so no heating in -4C. We called the emergency number given as the reception closes at 8 pm and the person said he is working at another hotel and cannot help at all. The owners are living in China and intentionally avoid any contact so that you cannot get any resolution. The person on emergency contact told us that we can checkout and find a new hotel in a stranger city at 11pm. Next day the reception told us they will try to contact owner and process refund and also Expedia said they will contact the hotel and get us a refund. But no refund because they are unable to contact the owner. Such hotels should be blacklisted. They should have better service than providing an emergency number which the person cannot even help. One of the worst experiences.
