The hotel staff is really polite and they did their best to ensure we had our best time in the hotel. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay in Florence. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and cozy. Rooms are clean and tidy, and they also offer you the best amenities.

아마도 부유한 가문의 집이었을 것으로 생각되는 건물에 고풍스럽게 꾸민 호텔입니다만, 공사 마무리가 어설픈 탓에 머무르기에 편안한 곳은 못됩니다. 다시 갈 생각도 없습니다. 개인적으로 이탈리아 및 동유럽 국가들을 여행할 때에 항상 조심하는 것이 호텔에서 제공한 호텔 사진을 믿지 않는 것입니다. 겉보기에 참 좋게 꾸며두었음에도 불구하고 막상 들어가서 겪어보면 곳곳에서 허점이 드러나는 경험을 여러번 했기 때문입니다. 이번 호텔에서도 이런 경험을 제대로 했는데요, 이번엔 양상마저 독특하여 "이럴 수도 있구나" 하는 생각을 했더랬습니다. 우선 원래는 하나의 큰 방이었던 것을 두개로 쪼갠 방들이 여럿 있는데요, 이 방들을 쪼갤 때에 천장은 쪼개지 않아 옆방이 있을 공간 위쪽에 공허한 공간이 남습니다. 그 자체로는 불평거리가 아닐 수 있지만, 그 위를 어떻게 마무리했을지 알 수 없는 입장에서는 영 찜찜하더군요. 그리고 하이라이트는 방음이 전혀 안되는 창문입니다. 객실에 도착해서 보니 창문이 잠기기는 하나 완전히 닫히지 않는 상태이더군요. 저도 이걸 쓰면서 이게 무슨 말인가 싶습니다만, 실제 이런 상태였습니다. 아마도 리모델링 공사를 하면서 창문을 다소 잘못 만들고 대충 창틀에 우겨넣다가 이런 결과가 나오지 않았나 싶습니다. 이렇게 엉망인 창문이지만 이탈리아인만큼 볼로냐의 위치정도만 되어도 추워서 문제가 되지는 않았습니다. 다만 호텔 바로 앞의 도로로 차들이 자정에도 제법 지나다니더군요. 그 소음은 마치 길가에 세워둔 차에서 자는 듯한 기분을 느끼게 하기에 충분했습니다. 제가 잔 방만 그런가 했더니 같이 간 부모님꼐서 주무신 방도 상황은 마찬가지였다고 합니다. 아들 내외가 번거로울까봐 그냥 참고 주무셨다네요. 아침식사는 나쁘다고 할 수준은 아닙니다만, 이미 위의 몇 문단에서 이 호텔에 갈 이유는 사라졌다고 봅니다.

- everything is new in this hotel,,,bed, towels,etc. - liked the cozy parking space - they only serve breakfast ( the staff working for breakfast is very kind) - Some things were missing in the guest room ( bathrobe, kettle, mosquito net in the window, icebucket,,). - Since there is no mosquito screen thing in the window, you cannot leave the window open.

it was fine stay staffs are kind - Roy and Eric! if there was a electric kettle and bath robe, it would be better.

Beautiful hotel . Spotless and spacious rooms . Loved having the access to the spa for your own personal use too. Staff so helpful and attentive to every need . We would book this hotel again .

Very comfortable room with an excellent bed. Cleanliness, stylish decor and a relaxed breakfast make this hotel a very good choice.

Die Schiebetüre wure bei 3 Nächten Aufenthalt nicht repariert. Sie liess sich keinen mm öffnen. Bei zwangen uns durch 1 Öffnung der re. Schiebetür, sehr unbequem. Weder die Reinigungskraft noch sonst. Personal gat sich gekümmert! Schade Beim Frühstück fehlte tägl.frisches Brot, nur jeden 2. Tag war das da. Keine Abwechslung bei Wurst + Käse Gebäck. Jeden Tag dasselbe. Da fehlt es noch an einigem Sonst wäre es das ein gutes Hotel, aber dafür etwas zu teuer, mind. 50 € zu teuer f.3 Nächte. Da einfach zu geringe Auswahl.

Beautiful hotel, clean room beautifully decorated and with everything needed to make our stay feel luxurious and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious buffet breakfast and free use of spa facilities. It felt 5 star!

spent 1 night at this boutique hotel and unfortunately it did not live up to the price tag of over €300 per night. The room felt poorly maintained, with scuffed doors and frames, and the bathroom had pests, which was very off-putting. Overall, the property did not feel fresh or cared for. We expected a much higher standard for this rate and cannot recommend it.

Travelled to Florence for my wifes 50th birthday. To make it special, i wanted to make sure the hotel was right. The hotel did not disappoint - immaculately clean, staff very helpful and chevk in easy. Beautiful room which had a view of the city. Breakfast was equally of a high standard with a great variety of options available. Staff again, were extremely attentive. We booked a 50 min slot in the spa - very n8ce after travelling. Only complaint here is the hot tub could have been hotter! Overall a fantastic stay - I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again. 10 of 10.

Hotel areas & rooms are beautiful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast also has a good choice.

The hotel is in a quiet part of Florence with about a 20 minute walk to the historic area. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The outdoor dining area was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was spacious. Comfortable bed. Great place to stay if you want to get away from all the hustle.
