Fantastiskt rum, med utsikt mot berget. Stort och bekvämt. Enormt badrum. Kändes nygjort. Frukost - det fanns allt man kan önska, md det lilla extra.

This is a lonely, fairly small hotel. We stayed in the Panorama Suite which was really spacious, impressive and comfortable with great views. This is a great hotel to be near the zell am see slope, walking distance to rental shops and the slope. The breakfast was nice, although the restaurant is quite small and it does get very busy with everyone wanting to hit the slopes in the morning. There is space at the hotel to store ski equipment, although it is limited and if you stay or later you're not guaranteed space. We were a little disappointed but the facilities, we thought there would be more spa like facilities but it is just a sauna in the basement which we didn't fancy going in. In the local area there isn't too much going on - we found the dining options limited from a vegetarian/vegan perspective, and a lot of activities that were recommended were not open until summer (i.e boat trips on the lake). We would rather have stayed in Kaprun on reflection. However it was still a good stay, and it's also conveniently located for bus stops to take you to the other slopes. Would recommend for a short stay.

the weather was hot and they had no a/c and it is difficult to reach as the sign is toooo small and the car parking is far away

A very nice place to stay. Everything was good except the wifi was spotty and only worked adequately sometimes. Great evening music and street food festival and laser light show on the lake while we were there. Very good service by hotel staff and quite friendly.

Väldigt fräscht och rent hotell. Trevlig personal som kontaktade mig innan ankoms via WhatsApp med information och välkomst meddelande. Mycket bra frukost med hög kvalite före kvantitet. Rummet bodde i var rent frächt och ny renoverat. En stark 5 av 5 i helhets intryck

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var toppenbra. Rummen passade oss två vuxna och en tonåring bra.

Rengøringsdamen glemte at låse vores dør efter rengøring så værelset var ulåst hele dagen. Flot hotel med god beliggenhed samt service. Fine værelser og meget god morgenmad
