Personale molto cortese e accogliente, camera pulita e temperatura giusta per un periodo invernale (non sempre scontato!). Colazione completa e signora gentilissima e disponibile.

Hotel ampliamente recomendado, ubicado en el corazón de Venecia, muy cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. Sus instalaciones están en buen estado, la habitación cómoda, el desayuno completo y el servicio de todo el personal fue muy atento y amable. Gracias por todo! Excelente estancia.

Room was small but not uncomfortable. The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location.

I accidentally booked 2 nights instead of 3, so when we checked in I immediately booked an additional night. It was more than double, but I figured that was my fault since I booked late. They had us move to another room for the last night because we “booked a better room.” It was not better. It was much smaller, very loud due to being right in the street (very late into the night, noise in the middle of the night and very early). It was hot and we couldn’t open the windows due to mosquitos and we still had many bites. The hair dryer didn’t work, so they had another hair dryer, but nowhere to plug it in in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom is so far and a light out, so I had to do my makeup on a compact mirror in the main room. Also, the first room had small pillows doused in some kind of perfume and it was very bothersome. Will not stay again.

Great location,very clean and staff was very helpful and attentative.

We were in a room at the top of the property which was considerably colder than the lower levels. Breakfast was poor. Convenient for St Marks.

Great central location to explore Venice. Family room was good size for 2 adults/ 2 children. Hotel is a very old building (to be expected in Venice) so had some trouble with water leaking into our room due to heavy rainfall. Other than that we did enjot our short stay.

Top Lage, toller Service und sehr Gastfreundlich. Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Venedig.

Overall great stay! Super friendly and helpful staff. Central and close to so much, easily walkable. Beds ok in comfort. Great air conditioning, spacious, clean and spacious washrooms. Great for a family or couple to stay.

We got a family room for our party of four ( 2 parents and 2 teenagers). Hotel was quite nice. Great location. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

El personal estupendo, acogedores, un 10. Hotel con algunas instalaciones un poco antiguas. No tiene ascensor pero el personal del hotel sube las maletas(muchas gracias). Aparato de aire acondicionado portátil un poco ruidoso. La ubicación del hotel excelente, muy céntrico pero con tranquilidad. La habitación no escuchamos ningún ruido.

フロントの対応がよく、部屋も広く、心地よい滞在が出来た。周りにはレストランやお店の種類も多い。また、空港に向かう水上バス乗り場(B1乗り場、1人当たりEUR15)へは歩いて5分の距離にあり、非常に利便性が高かった。
