Hi. I stayed the Punta Trouville Apart for 14 days for business trip. The hotel is a little far away from the downtown, but the bus stop is 2 minutes distance, so no problem to commute. The bus number is 121 and it costs only 22 peso. Local markets are near and the town is very safe. It locates just in front of the river, so you can exercise in the evening. Every aspects are very satisfied, so I will stay this hotel again for the next business trip.

The room was clean and okay. The staff in charge of breakfast was rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was okay. I wouldnt go back.

Quanto aos funcionários só tenho elogios. A acomodação deixou a desejar pois o banheiro era muito pequeno e a box tinha medidas muito pequenas e me batia nas paredes ao tomar banho. Eu já me hospedei no hotel 3 vezes e dessa vez não foi possível tomar o café oferecido na diária. Pão velho é requentado, café e leite frios. Os frios servidos estavam com aparência de velhos e queimados pelo frio da geladeira. Tivemos, eu e Minha família que tomar café em uma lancheira perto do hotel.

Quanto antigo. Televisão não funcionou. Café da manhã regular. Equipe de recepcionistas e outros funcionários são super educados e gentis. Hotel bem localizado há 1 quadra da Rambla de Pocitos! Tem um bom custo benefício para uma passagem rápida por Montevideo.

Ótima localização, equipe simpática, café da manhã bom. Chuveiro razoável, com sistema de boiler, o que faz ter água quente por tempo limitado.

O hotel está em decadência. Serviços de arrumação e limpeza muito deficientes, omisso por dias. As facilidades do hotel são poucas, sem itens de suprimento emergentes. O ambiente de café da manhã é modesto e pouco organizado, sem muita variedade. O elevador é insuficiente ao fluxo, embora autorizem o uso do elevador do prédio vizinho, porém restrito. as habitações possuem copa e varanda, mas de pouca utilidade e mal conservadas. O hotel não merece a atual classificação.

The apartment was very dated and could use some upgrades, especially in the bathroom. Had great views of the river. Balcony in bedroom and open terrace off living room was a plus. Staff was not very friendly but not rude. Possible language barrier. One would hope that for future reference, if you intend to rent to international audiences, most of the staff should be trained in the universal language- English.

The staff was GREAT! Check-in & Check out was a breeze. The hotel doesn't really look like the pictures on the site. Needs some work to be honest. We had 2 rooms and the AC and fridge in 1 of the rooms was really really loud. The other room had its issues as well. We paid for the breakfast for 3 days and to be honest it was more of a hassle than anything else. The first day we (along with other guests) waited for over 15 minutes for plates and cups to be brought out because the ones they had run out. The dining room staff (not all of them) was quite...bothered when asked several times about plates, cups, etc as well as replenishing of food items that had already run out and it was a Saturday at 9am...still 2 hours left for the breakfast round to be over.
