후기가 생각보다 좋지 않아서 걱정했는데 완전 괜찮았어요! 주변 숙소가 비싸다보니 아무래도 비교적 저렴한 곳으로 골랐는데 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 !

청결도 최악입니다. 청소를 안하는거 같아요.

위치는 한적하고 좋았는데 와이파이 ㄱㅐ 안되고 청소비라면서 허락도없이 마음대로 돈빼감 ^^^^ They took our money without our agree and they said "cleaning fee"! Actually they didn't clean our room never ever. What a .. ?

체크아웃후 본인에게 통지도 하지 않고 카드에서 21.20 유로를 결제 하였다. 연락을 했는데도 답장도 없고 우선 적으로 남의 카드를 본인과 확인 도 안한체 결제를 한다는 것 자체가 이해가 가질 않는다. 그리고 방도 너무 좁고, 너무 어둡고 차도가 옆에 있어서 너무 시끄러웠으며, 방의 위치가 방지하에 위치해 있어서 환풍도 안되고 문을 열면 옆에 차가 지나다녀 밤에 잠을 이룰 수 없었다. 3일 이용 하는 동안 room make도 전혀 안됐고, 우선 주요 시가지에서 너무 멀리 있었다. 버스나 트램을 타고 한참 가야 한다.

중심지에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 주변이 조용하고 푸르른 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 기차역에서 23번 버스타면 집앞에서 내려주고 주변에 마트도 많아요. 방은 좀 작았지만 예쁘고 깨끗했어요~ 1시 넘어서 체크인하면 문 비밀번호 알려주고 알아서 들어가는 시스템인데 불편함 없었습니다 짤츠부르크도 너무 좋았고 숙소도 넘 좋았어요~~

Although we have a child and there is some issue of the refrigerator, staff handled it very supportively without any inconvenience.

잘쯔 시내에서 상당히 떨어진 외곽에 위치합니다. 대중교통을 이용해서 시내에 접근할 수 있으나 시간이 제법 걸립니다. 주변에 편의시설은 거의 없습니다. 음식 조리시설은 구비되어 있습니다. 저희가 이용한 방은 청결상태가 좋지 않았습니다.

중앙역에서 버스로 15분. 중심지에서 조금 떨어졌지만 버스정류장이 가까워 이동은 편리. 주변에 상가나 레스토랑은 많지 않음. 조용하고 공기좋은 주택가 내에 있어서 휴식하기에 좋음 매우친절한 스태프. 청결한 실내와 아기자기한 구조. 글라스, 조리도구도 잘 갖춰져 있음. 와이파이 상태도 굿.

엄청 깨끗하고 좋아요. 방안에 주방이 있어 무엇보다 밥먹기가 편리했습니다. 식기도구들도 무척 깨끗했구요! 방 상태도 청결하고 시설 또한 만족했어요. 그런데 위치상 거리가 있어 교통권을 구매하시는게 편리하실거에요! 유레일 있으신 분들은 중앙역에서 기차타셔도 되요!! 쪼금만 더 걸어들어가시면 됩니다!

시내에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 1일권을 사용하므로 전혀 문제 될게 없었다. 중앙역에서 바로 오가는 버스가 있으며, 걸어서 3분정도 거리에 마켓이 있어 편리 했다. 무엇보다 넓은 공간에 욕실이 잘 구비되어 있으며, 청결했으며. 굉장히 친절했다.

Basic accommodation on the outskirts of the city, with a parking lot and public transport to the city center within easy reach and free of charge for registered guests. The property is located on a fairly busy road and so it is quite noisy if one keeps the window open. It has also a little way to go on cleanliness.

The room is clean but the cleaness of kitchenware and washroom need to be improved. The air circulation also need to be improved. We were there on March and outside temperature is below 10C but we still feel hot inside the room.

We never meet anyone from the property at check in or check out. Although we had a nice room and it was clean it’s just too far catching the bus in the cold to the main town. We had an upstairs room so good natural light but the bed in under the declining roof and my partner is 6foot + and kept hitting his head. Also for the money you get one very small about 10 mls washing soap for 3 days … we had to buy soap. And letter that states if use more bedding towels etc than allocated you will be charged… not very welcoming.

The apartment was ok but very dirty under the beds. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The heating was very good and location was good as it was close to bus stop.

Beautiful property, well organized and friendly staff. Had an amazing stay here.

Average small single roomed apartment. Nothing special for the price positioning. Room was not serviced on multiple days. Parking was available but tight. Room was warm. Negatives: constant road noise. Best feature was located on the tram bus into town. No.10 takes you right to old centre.

The reception staff were very nice and welcoming. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I and my dog needed for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of buses that took us to the centre of Salzburg and the central station.

En dehors du centre de Salzbourg, mais facilement accessible en bus et tramway. Très propre et agréeable.
