호텔 직원들의 서비스가 엉망진창이네요. 체크인 할 때 예약에 문제가 있어 확인하겠다고 기다려달라고 이야기한 뒤 20분 넘게 아무말도 없어 저희가 직접 찾아가서 다시 진행 상황이 어떻냐 하면 기다리게 해서 미안하다는 말도 없이 본인들 할말만 하네요. 그러고 또 다른 확인사항이 있어 담당 직원이 사무실 안으로 들어가면 20분 넘에 안 나오고, 담당하던 직원이 없어 다른 직원에게 물어보면 본인들은 잘 모른다고 그냥 그러고 말았구요. 그렇게 체크인때문에 2시간 넘게 기다리다가 그날 일정 아무것도 소화 못했습니다. 심지어 객실에 들어가봤더니 천장에서 물이 새고 있었고, 이에 대해 또 컴플레인 거니까 미안하는 말도 없이 그냥 바닥 한번 닦고 물 새는 쪽 한번만 보고 끝났네요. 정말 이때동안 갔던 호텔중에 가장 최악의 서비스였습니다.

Staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay feel. Very welcome. Location was phenomenal and can't wait to stay again.

Arrivés un samedi soir, accompagnés jusqu’à la suite qui nous avait plu et qui correspondait à notre réservation préalable ! Tout se passait bien jusqu’au mardi où à 1h30 du matin nous fûmes réveillés par un groupe de touristes fortement alcoolisé dont les cris arrivaient jusqu’au 8ème étage ! L’accueil en a été informé par téléphone et on a de nouveau pu dormir qu’à 2h30 du matin ! Malheureusement Le jeudi suivant de nouveau réveillés par des cris d’un groupe de touristes fêtant un anniversaire ! On a donc demandé de changer de suite plus au calme, ce qui nous a été accordé mais d’une catégorie inférieure à celle qu’on avait payée ! On a donc demandé une compensation financière qui nous a été refusée ! Et on a fini les trois derniers jours de notre séjour dans le bruit incessant du marteau piqueur en raison des travaux de rénovation carrelage autour de la piscine, Vous trouverez ci-joints les vidéos de ces nuisances sonores. À quelle indemnisation avons-nous droit suite à ces vacances ratées ?

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was a solid choice. We had a mix-up with our booking (our error, not the hotel’s), but Leith helped us sort it out quickly—special thanks to him! The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good variety of food, catering to different tastes. Plus, the staff were welcoming and always smiling, which added to the experience. They had tennis, paddle, and other activities to keep you busy, along with three pools (two outdoor—one for kids—and a heated indoor pool). There’s also a beach area where you can unwind. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it for a relaxing, activity-filled getaway.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren da, und eins muss man sagen, die Begeisterung die wir damals von DIESEM Hotel hatten ist schnell verflogen. Das Hotel hat 5 Sterne, unserer Meinung nach, nicht verdient. Das Personal (die Mehrheit!) im Restaurant Principale ist der größte Reinfall. Das Personal ist sehr unaufmerksam, jeden Tag schlecht gelaunt, Zwischen den Mitarbeitern herrscht Streit in voller Lautstärke. Leider hat Jaz sehr nachgelassen, schade.

Great holiday resort, staff are very helpful and friendly, I booked all inclusive, food & drinks are available all day. Helpful front desk staff and management. They care to make your stay comfortable I give 9.9 out of 10. And they deserve this. Special thanks to the following people Waiter: Houssem, Front Desk: Aya Poolside LifeGard. Ali Indoor pool. Muhammad And the manager. At the beginning of the journey. And many others couldn’t keep the names.

Il bagno della stanza puzzava sebbene venisse pulito tutti i giorni.

Camera chiusa da molto tempo e odore di fogna dal bagno. Richiesta di cambio non accolta. La doccia perdeva e allagava il bagno. Il secondo giorno é mancata la luce in camera e così anche il terzo giorno. Nella lampada a terra mancava la lampadina. In generale hotel deludente per essere un 4 stelle, moquette vecchia e odore di cibo ovunque. Sconsigliato.

Sejour plus qu'agréable, que ce soit le personnel, le service, la beauté des extérieurs, la proposition des mets variés et juste délicieux. J'adore cet hôtel, cette suite, cette vue sur la mer, ces sourires, les spectacles juste WAOUH. Je vous conseille de passer par le Jaz El Khalef un 5 étoiles qui les méritent vraiment.

Beautiful, on the beach, wide, safe and friendly place to stay. Great for female solo traveler. I would go back anytime!

So glad we chose this hotel. All staff are amazing and work extremely hard to help all the hotel guests. They go above and beyond and deserve full recognition. Entertainment is great for families with children. Lollipop entertainer is very good with children and what a very generous touch to give children presents!! Most exceptional buffet I have seen outside of Dubai. Food is fresh, healthy, with a vast variety of options to cater for all. Food cooked fresh in front of you or on day. Walking around hotel is safe and private access to beach is secure. Overall no security concerns, very well guarded since the appalling 2015 attack. Felt completely safe and can see the hotel industry bouncing back with effort Jaz Tour Khalef and surrounding hotels have achieved. Highly recommend.

Staff are not helpful especially on the swimming pool and reception and housekeeping, they did not clean my room for three days,reception send me to my room by myself, swimming pool staff ignorant and smoking while talking to me, i found it disrespectful and awful behaviour, dont trust the photos on their website.

Very friendly and helpful staff super clean hotel and really comfortable beds and the food is delicious with such a huge variety to choose from, the pool area is amazing with the beach a stone throw away , can’t wait to go back 😁 Inchallah
