청결한건 없고 시내람가까운건 좋습니더

암스테르담 전체 관광이 싫어질 정도로 기분 나쁜 경험이었습니다. 호텔 로비의 직원은 매우 불친절해서 환불을 못 받더라도 다른 숙소로 바꾸고 싶을 지경이었습니다. 화장실은 역겨운 시궁창 냄새가 계속 올라와서 방전체로 냄새가 옮겨올 정도여서, 샤워도 못하고, 세수 정도만 하루 수 있었으며, 2월의 추운 날씨임에도 창문틈으로 계속 바람이 들어와서 춥게 자야만 했습니다. 게다가 비용은 추가로 부담해야해서 결국에는 4명식구의 숙박비가 한국의 특급호텔에 묵을 때 보다 비쌌습니다. 절대로 다시는 이 호텔에 예약하고 싶지 읺으며, 그 누구에게도 추천해 주고 싶지 얺은 호텔입니다. 다시는 오고 싶지 않습니다.

I realized that the price was high. The room is smaller than the cheap motel and the twin bed is just a double bed. Both the shower room and the bedroom is very small, so there is no enough area to open a big baggage.

A friend of mine and I booked here and were incredibly happy with the stay. The hotel central and very close to anything you'd need in Amsterdam. The hotel is in all its rooms, both stylish and well maintained. An amazing hotel overall, and that's even before accounting for its low price. I will definetly be staying here again my next stay in Amsterdam.

The room were good and staff nice

Hotel was nice. Staff very friendly. I was a little disappointed with the room size, it was really small. Not much surface space, very hard to get ready with skincare and make up products not having a place. Very small shower and toilet, sink in the actual bedroom, next to the bed. Very unique I suppose. The room was clean and had nice modern decor. Over all, a nice hotel still.

Super cozy hotel with a super comfortable bed. Great service and Great location. I will be back for sure.

Really liked the hotel, I got a great room and the reception area was very nice. It s central for everything and, surprisingly, the room was quiet at night. Anetta was very professional and understanding as I arrived early, truly she s an asset to this establishment.Great cofee in room and complimentary water as well.

Really enjoyed my experience! Staff was very kind & accommodating. Breakfast was great! Location was very good & safe. It was central & close to everything, including just steps from Dam Square. I recommend staying here.

The windows were blocked, and there was no ventilation in the room. The carpet was quite old, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor (perhaps due to the drainpipes). Since I couldn't open the windows, the air in the room was very heavy.

Clean and safe.

Our stay was excellent. With that said, I am giving serious consideration to not using Expedia for future travel. The days before my arrival I was receiving "Important/critical" text messages asking me to reply to text messages from the hotel. The messages were offers to have amenities added to my stay. Definitely not critical or urgent. If I skip Expedia and book directly with the hotel I can avoid this nonsense.

Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt

The hotel was lovely and had been updated. It was centrally located and extremely clean. The breakfast was nice and fresh. However, when we checked in we were given keys to a room that someone was already staying in and when we walked in, a woman was sleeping in bed. It was a very uncomfortable situation. The woman working the front desk didn’t seem to think it was a big deal, either and blamed it on her coworker (she was the only one working). She was not very helpful, either. Every other staff person was helpful and kind.

Opholdet var overordnet fint, der var dog lidt problemer ved indtjekning, da værelset ikke var blevet klargjort i tide. Dog var personalet flinke og vi blev tilbudt gratis drikkevarer. Selve værelset var pænt og rent, dog lugtede der af tis/kloak på badeværelset. Men det kan generelt anbefales da det har en super beliggenhed og er et overordnet godt hotel.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this well located hotel that was not only clean and well-located but staffed with very friendly and helpful staff.
