Good and safe place to spend time with family

This property was in a very beautiful location, quiet, and close to the end of the world train. It was very far from any other dining options which isn't ideal. The place definitely felt dated inside the room. Overall not bad for a night's stay.

Quiet and cozy hotel near Martial Glacier hiking trails with a friendly staff and fantastic views of Ushuaia.

Food was excellent. Options for Gluten-Free excellent. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Lobby beautiful with a real fire in the evenings. Rooms very spacious and clean

I would definitely stand this place again. The views out every window are stunning. Restaurant is nice. Staff is super helpful and accommodating. My only complaint, which is not a deal breaker, is that the beds were too firm for me.

The WiFi connection is not working properly. The breakfast menu was poor for the hotel category. It was very difficult to set the shower temperature.

Localização muito distante. O hotel precisa de uma reforma/manutenção geral. Não há tomadas suficientes e toda parte hidráulica se encontra comprometida. Foi muito estressante fixar a temperatura do chuveiro, da pia e do bide. A descarga tinha que ser feito com a ajuda de um cesto de lixo que usávamos como balde para jogar a água no vaso sanitário. Por outro lado, o hotel oferece uma vista bonita para a cidade e o que destaca é o atendimento do pessoal da recepção. Realmente, o pessoal foi incrível. Nota 10

Very dark hotel. Our room was not cleaned very well. The hotel is old and very dark They have most of the lights off. Very far away from downtown

El hotel es un hotel que estaría ok si prendieran las luces. Casi no hay huéspedes y supongo que por no gastar tienen el hotel en la penumbra. Me sentí como en “El Resplandor “ de Stephen King. Es un hotel muy lejos del centro y el servicio es regular, también le falta mantenimiento, se ce viejo y oscuro No hay nada en la habitación para calentar agua ni para hacer té o café. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja qué desear. Nos dejaron los vasos usados y sucios en la habitación. Es caro para el nivel que ofrece.

Not worth staying here

Property is great, good views of the bay from our room, service is good but bit far away from the city center and the room did not have a chair to sit and coffee maker:

Lovely hotel with amazing views of the snow covered mountains. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Lovely place to stay in an amazingly beautiful country with the most incredibly kind and helpful people i have ever encountered. Argentina and Ushuaia in particular are now my most favorite place on earth.

El hotel necesita un poco de mantenimiento. Nuestra habitación con vidta a la ciudad demasiado calurosa. La atención de los chicos decla recepción fue muy buena. Sobre todo Agustín La atención del desayuno estuvo normal. Un poco mas de pasión por el trabajo sería bienvenido.
