Excelente habitación, muy cómoda la cama y muy amplia, muy cómodo su sofá cama y muy limpia la habitación en general. Me gustó mucho el hotel en general, muy variado su desayuno, volvería a llegar con mucho gusto.

Great location and nice and comfortable room.

Excellent and caring staff, their friendly and attentive attitude was the highlight of the hotel. The facilities could use some updating but seemed clean and appropriate for the price.

Homeless people one guy had a knife and was waiting outside the exit trying to force his way in. there is only one vending machine in the whole entire hotel. That was almost empty. only one elevator. there was not an extra blanket in the hotel room.

The hotel was extremely clean. Staff was wonderful. Free breakfast was amazing. Room was absolutely superb.

Was not s good day traveled 3 hours to be turned away because a signature was not put on paper work, so having a friendly and kind person to help with check in was a good deal!

I wish they had a virtual check-in like the Hilton. But definitely felt like a 3-star hotel and not like a 2-star that's listed. I would stay here stay again.

Medical appointment that ended up lasting longer then expected the check in was fast and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good with options and the bed was the most comfortable one that I’ve slept in at a hotel. Staff were all very friendly. It was clean and even smelled good. The pool is very cold, but even that was ok because it was 108 degrees outside.

The bathroom had very little counter space. We had a wheelchair accessible room, so the limitations caused by that made this completely understandable, and we worked around it. My wife would have also liked a magnifying makeup mirror. But in general, very nice place!

The room was clean, the building was in good condition with room keys required to enter the building so it felt very safe. The continental breakfast was on par with what hotels used to offer and was overall very good and convenient. All staff were helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The only negative aspect was the WiFi was down so we had no TV.

The staff, especially Teena, made my wife and I feel like we were home. Her smile as we entered was like a bright ray of sunshine on a cloudy day! She was so accommodating while we were there. And Gina made our Sunday breakfast experience very nice and the dining room was so clean and the food hot and tasty! We wish we could take the Comfort in with us along with us!
