Huge and spotless room!

Just amazing , room, staff, food , views! Totally worth to visit this unique place.

We have stayed at many Hyatt hotels but this one was a big disappointment. The room was okay, by no means luxury but decent; the spa area was nice, the view from the pool was amazing, but positives stop there. The only onsite restaurant open for dinner was the buffet. Being very expensive for Bulgarian standards, we thought it would be well worth it, but the food choices were extremely limited and food quality was simply subpar. The service at the restaurant was awful. We had to chase a waiter for drinks menu, then were given menus that turned out were not current. Then we were given other menus, seemed no one knew what they were doing. Breakfast was no different, very limited choices, maybe okay for breakfast "included" at a 2 star hotel but not for a Hyatt. I was surprised no one at front desk greeted us properly and no one cared to ask how was our stay at checkout. To wrap it up, I would never return to this Hyatt and simply cannot believe that the Hyatt chain will not hold up this property to higher standards.

Absolutely breath taking views surround this hotel. The online pictures don't do it justice. Spa, food, room, bed, service - all top notch!! I can't wait to come back again with friends and family.

Hotel's facilities are perfect, which is room and resturant, pool, garden. But check in process has big problem. it is not a first time for me. two month ago when I visited here was similar. at that time, hotel couldnt find my reservation, and this time my room was not allocated. it looks your, hotels.com, problem, not Hyatt. and my friend visit here together with me also has problem which cannot find his reservation.

Le cadre est beau, extérieurement l'hôtel et son jardin le sont aussi. Belle piscine intérieure, chambre propre malgré des meubles et une literie dans un état lamentable.. Une moitié du personnel en sous-nombre fait son travail, notamment Radi à l'accueil ; l'autre moitié peut être odieuse. Le petit-déjeuner et le buffet du dîner inclus sont heureusement d'un niveau surprenant. Car hélas l'entretien de l'hôtel et des parties communes laisse incroyablement à désirer... Toilettes communes cassées et d'une saleté horrible, tapis au bout du rouleau, ascenseurs sales, et le summum, le spa, superbe mais repoussant de crasse, de matériel qui traine, locaux techniques ouverts etc... Scandaleux. On a l'impression d'un hôtel qu'on laisse couler.

Hoewel het uitzicht erg mooi is is het hotel erg gedateerd. Vriendelijkheid hotelpersoneel erg ondermaats ! Kom hier niet graag terug.

Super séjour

Okay value for money. Very family friendly. Very isolated. But the room could use an update, and the only two pillows in the room were small.
