베네치아의 호텔들이 다 그렇듯 3성의 등급을 가지고 있습니다. 위치 찾는게 조금 어려운데 1314번지를 기억하고 골목으로 조금들어가면 간판이 있습니다. 시끌벅절한 곳이지만 조용해서 마음이 들었습니다. 프론트는 1층 한국기준으로 2층에 있습니다. 방은 3층이었구요 (3인실이라..) 와이파이는 방에서 복도에 가까운 쪽에 잘 작동했고 방에는 에어콘은 있지만 냉장고는 없었습니다. 다른곳보다 계단이 많고 높았지만 (엘리베이터 없음) 공간이 넓어 만족스러웠습니다. 안쪽으로 두번 다리를 건너면 코나드 마트가 있어 편리했고 바로앞 식당을 피짜리아들도 대체적으로 맛있었습니다.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Great rooms, lively outside terraces and a good price for Venice. The staff/owners on Reception were absolutely outstanding. We will definately be back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

Great room very comfortable and super quiet. Our room had a view of the main road and we never heard anything going on outside! The staff were very friendly and super helpful! 10/10 would stay here again. The only issue I had was the shower was quite small and I am a large man. Other than that location was great and it was a good place!

Everything is super nice but I suffered with all the stairs and suitcases. No one who could help. For the rest is really nice great location.

ホテルの人が、昼過ぎには帰ってしまうので、到着した時のドアの開け方などがわかりにくい。エレベーターがないので、重いスーツケースを自分で上げないといけないので、荷物が多い人は大変。部屋は可愛いですが、壁が薄いので、隣の人の声はよく聞こえる。

The hotel was amazing- furnished with antiques and wonderfully staged. It was like staying in a museum. It was beautiful and I was so happy with my choice.

The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The shower was pleasant and the bathroom clean. The Hotel is on a side street off a main street with lots of shops, bars and restaurants and very close to the Vaporetto stop from the airport. St Marks square is a 20-25 minute walk The Staff were welcoming and its great to be able to leave bags and also have a toilet to use before heading out to the airport. A great base to explore from, quiet streets are within a 5 minute walk and we didn't walk longer than 30 minutes to get to the main attractions.

A nossa estadia na Casa Martini foi excelente. A pousada é simples mas encanta desde a recepção com os funcionários tão simpáticos até o quarto super confortável! Cama e roupa de cama excelentes e a noite, silencioso para dormir. A localização ótima, perto de um guarda malas e da estação de trem e fácil para circular por Veneza . Recomendo fortemente a estadia em Veneza nesta pousada.

The location of Casa Martini is approximately 6 minute walk from train station and Vaparetto stops. The location is also close to many restaurants in the area. Our only interaction with staff was at the front desk. They were very kind and informative. The hotel is old and has much character. Our room was large and comfortable. There was also a large nicely decorated patio with large shade umbrellas!! Grazi Mille Casa Martini!!

Great location to access all the sights of Venice. easy to get to from train station and bus station. Room was clean and check in was really simple even though reception desk is not staffed after 2pm - this may be a problem if assistance is needed but thankfully we didn’t need anything. Lots of restaurants on the same street and close to one of the water ferry stops if you plan to use the water ferries to get around. Worth knowing that there were no English channels on the TV if you are travelling with kids and the room on the third floor (this could be the the case for all rooms - we just happened to be on the third floor) are very thin walled and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us which was not great as the couple next to us were very noisy!

We loved our room, check in was a breeze and liked that we were only 8 minutes away from the train station. (Carrying luggage) You can easily walk Venice from this place and enjoyed the comfy bed.

This is a lovely simple place to live fully embraces the beauty of Venice. We happen to have a room that faced a little courtyard and just watching people go about their day-to-day while sitting in bed through the open window was just so special. I highly recommend this for your stay. It is truly a little gem in the middle of the Cannaregio.

部屋は綺麗でした。エレベーターがないので階段で上がるのが大変でした。

Falta de colgador donde colocar las cosas de baño en la ducha. Los mandos invitación de época son bonitos, pero incómodos para los que estamos acostumbrados a los monomandos y termostáticos desde hace años. El accesorio junto a la pila del baño, totalmente insuficiente para colocar las cosas de aseo. La recepción, aunque muy limitada en tiempo 8.30 a 14.30, eran atentos.

Amazing super friendly and helpful

We arrived on a rainy day so we were desperate to get to our room. We carried our luggage up the stairs and immediately found the staff. We arrived couple hours early but luckily our room was ready. Staff was nice. We had room 13 which is the first door across from reception desk. Very convenient and we felt safe. The room was nice. Exactly as imagined. The only thing i did not like was the heater in the bathroom. Way too hot. The room gave me a headache the whole time i was there. I think it was because of the heat everytime the bathroom door opened. The garden windows were right next to our room we thought that was nice until the evening hit and People were smoking at the gardens and talking all night so we couldnt really keep windows open. Other than that awesome quick overnight stay. Everything needed is walking distance to shopping, eating, busses and water taxis. The hotel was also nice to let us borrow umbrella for the evening rain.

Los dueños son muy amables. La habitación muy grande. No es recomendable si viajas con mucho equipaje
