이 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 위치가 매우 전략적으로 좋았고, 주요 도로 바로 옆에 있어 주변 관광 명소와 편의시설 이용이 편리했습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안하며 매우 깨끗해서 숙박하는 내내 편안한 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 항상 미소로 도움을 주었습니다. 조식은 괜찮았지만, 메뉴가 더 다양했으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었고, 편안함, 청결함, 그리고 훌륭한 가성비 때문에 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

벌써 몇 번 묵었어요. 오래된 호텔이지만 관리가 잘 되어 있고 깨끗하며 모든 장비와 시설이 잘 작동합니다. 하우스키핑도 빠르게 대응해 주었습니다. 소박하지만 편안했습니다.

1. 카펫이 깔려 있지 않은 방인데, 아이가 있어서 카펫이 깔린 방을 예약했는데 공평하지 않아요. 2. 아침 식사 종류가 개선되어야 해요.

제 가족과 저는 이곳에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 모든 것이 좋았고 특히 직원들이 좋았습니다. 이 점에 대해 그들에게 찬사를 보냅니다.

굉장하고 좋은 전망. 평화롭고 차분하고 상쾌합니다. 불평할 것이 없습니다. 오래되었지만 잘 관리되었습니다. 훌륭한 환대와 나중에 다시 올 것입니다.

최고의 호텔. 차분하고 평화롭고 차가움. 레스토랑은 호텔과 매우 가깝습니다. 그리고 타나 라타 시로 걸어갈 수 있습니다.

We had a pleasant 2 nites stay at De'La Ferns. Strategic locations in between Tanah Rata & Brinchang. Near to famous attractions. Wide selection of breakfast & very friendly staffs. Will definitely come back again here for our next trip to CH. Thank you.

Hotel very clean and comfortable.

Spacious room. Great breakfast with variety of Halal foods. Nearby attractions places such as steamboat restaurant and night market at Brinchang. Have a parking space for hotel guests.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first staycation was splendid, but this time I am not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. We arrived at 2.30 and waited for one hour because the room was not ready. I saw many customers arrive early to check in but have to stay longer because their room is not ready yet. Once we checked in, I was rushing to use the toilet and guess what, the toilet was so smelly & unpleasant. There was a crack in the bathtub, and the curtain was so dirty. The breakfast was so-so. Not so many varieties & the taste is just ordinary. I was hoping that the hotel can improve in terms of cleanliness. I am going to stay at this hotel again, maybe not.

We had pleasant stay here. The staff is amiable and helpful with faster check-in and check-out process. The room was clean which met our expectations. Breakfast-variety of food and drink. I will recommend to people who wish to look for a room and have a good stay. Overall, nice and comfortable!

Pro: The room very comfy, worth of money, location good near to mainroad, and got some shop nearby. Cons: room not really soundproof, toilet door not function well, and not really cold (but made to understand, we can request fan, the ramp very steep for wheelchair. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel, service, and definitely will come and stay here.

Not bad, only the floor is not carpet, a bit cold.

Penginapan amat baik, sarapan banyak pilihan. Kalau blh lantai ada carpet lagi syok tak sejuk kaki.
