시설이 오래돼서 개선이 더 필요해요.

전략적 위치 넓은 수영장 아름다운 곳

오래된 호텔이고 객실에 있는 모든 것이 낡았어요. 마치 10년 넘게 안 바뀐 것 같아요. 리조트가 전면 리노베이션을 하지 않는 한 다시는 안 갈 것 같아요. 바다 전망만 흥미롭네요. 나머지는 너무 아쉬워요.

보기는 매우 기본적이고 아름답습니다. 룸컨디션이 너무 안좋고, 곰팡이가 가격과 맞지 않는데, 이 가격을 유지하고 싶으시면 방을 리노베이션 해주세요. Tk 아침 식사 장소는 우중충하고 어둡고 오래되고 더러워 보이는 그릇입니다. 아침식사 음식은 만족스럽지 않고, 종류도 다양하지 않습니다. 커피의 경우 2025명의 사람들이 이미 커피 머신을 사용하고 있으며 더 이상 커피를 따르지 않습니다. 희망적으로 구축하십시오. 미안하고 tk

Sutra Beach Resort. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The owner/manager is an idiot. They are an idiot because instead of maintaining an old resort at a simple, clean, basic and functional level, with, for example, decent internet. They are letting the place slowly rot away around their paying clients. This demonstrates a contempt for paying customers, a prejudicial view of the moral value of their customers as human beings, and a fundamental greed/love of money. Naturally, business is about making money. Of course it is. But 'good' business is about making good money honestly and ethically. My view would be this: the owner/manager needs to take a long hard look at themselves in the mirror, and decide what sort of person they wish to be. Either hard- working, honest and prosperous, or, a small, money-grubbing person, thought of as being 'rich' by people who don't matter. It is a purely moral decision. Its possible to be comfortably off while offering a value-for-money facility. Maybe its time to quit, and pass the resort to someone who gives a damn, and has an actual interest in running it properly. Although, frankly, that time was probably 10 years ago.

The first room was full of mosquitos, but the friendly woman at the desk provided another room. The rooms are quite outdated, ceiling paint hanging loose, very messy cupboard in the bathroom, windows not so clean, etc. We did a trip provided by the resort to redand Island, which was very very uncomfortable, just unprofessional boatmen. Snorkelling was awful. When we finally got back, there was no one to pick us up so we waited for 30 minutes and had to arrange a taxi. When I asked for a free of charge transport the next day to the jetty, they had to "look into this" instead of apologizing. We did "get" the free-of-charge transport, but this is obviously no compensation as we paid for a taxi the day before. Never coming back here, recommending to stay away from this place.

The location of the resort is good, its right on the beach. The resort is quite run down and old. You have to be OK living with nature, there were 5 cockroaches in our room. The resort really needs some serious renovation.

Nice stay. Great infinity pool. Kids enjoyed their swimming.

Very nice place, cozy, the view is spectacular. Worth the money.

The rooms are old and need refurbishment. Hot water running under the sink day and night in one of the rooms making the bathroom very hot and noisy.

Sangat berpuas hati, bilik bersih, kemas, besar dan sangat selesa. Staf resort sangat friendly. Breakfast buffet pun sedap. Love infinity pool. Anak2 pun happy. Cuma kalau boleh cek kupon untuk breakfast, sebab 2 kali orang lain ambik seat kami sebab hanya perlu sebut no bilik. Tq.

This hotel best for release tension.Beach located near my room. My kids really enjoy the facilities

Bilik air tersumbat bila mandi. Pastu ruang pintu beranda rosak. Tidak boleh di tutup dan ruang beranda kotor.

Location - ok Dine in - delicious Breakfast - ok for 3star resort Housekeeping - not ok. Agak terkejut bile saya req untuk tukar bedsheet. I was stay there for 2night. Luckily i'm in the room mase housekeeping dtg. N dieorg just nak betulkan bedsheet tu jem I said, saya nak tukar yer cadar. Die mcm terkejut bile nak tukar. 2 katil single. N i said, xpe lah tukar yang 1 tu je. Yg lagi 1 xpayah. Hhm. Need to improve on the housekeeping side. Tq. Overall is ok.

The main reason I came here is because of its swimming pool. It has a super extra large pool depth 1.4 m where I want it so badly for a swimmer. Though it is short getaway with my family, we feel delighted and happy to spent our time and hobby here. Love it! I'll choose a room next to the pool if I came back here again! Or will try the suite (room 260 or 259) which has 2 single bed & 1 queen bed! Really love that spot! Next to beach and pool!
