I recently stayed at the Park Hotel Principe during a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's natural surroundings are absolutely stunning, providing a peaceful and serene environment. Its proximity to the university was incredibly convenient for my work commitments. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, with special mention to Ms. Barbara from the front office, who was super kind and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lugano, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel has a nice pool and beautiful garden. The room was so large like a resort and everything was well equipped. Breakfast is not recommended as you have very limited choices.

This is our second visit in Park hotel Principe. amenity, staffs & service were great. I would visit again when I travel to Lugano again!

호텔은 나름 괜찮았습니다. 깨끗했구요. 단지 방문을 열쇠로 열어야하며 안쪽에서 잠글때도 열쇠로 잠궈야 하는.... 즉 밖에서 사람이 잠그면 안쪽에 사람이 있어도 못열어요~ 갇히는 상황?ㅋ 그리고 교통이 너무 안좋아요~ 호텔의 잘못보다는 루가노의 버스가 1시간에 한대씩 다니고해서 그런듯 싶어요~

정말 완벽했던 호텔입니다. 휴양지 풀빌라 부럽지 않은 시설이었어요!

Everything was fine in terms of rooms and breakfast, as well as the service; however, the hotel structure itself needs to be modernized a bit.

Das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, leider wird der Kaffee gebracht was das Ganze trübt, da die Bedienung lieber redet als arbeitet.

Please see concierge Giorgio when visiting. He is very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make my stay easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Giorgio!

Die Anlage genießt den Ruf vergangener Zeiten – Zimmer mit schlechtem Geruch und wirklich grauenhafte Badezimmer.

La réception

Leider war die Nasszelle in einem schlechten Zustand und auch der Rest des Hotel ist nicht mehr in dem Zustand in dem es in dieser Preisklasse sein müsste. Das "Check in" wahr chaotisch.

Infrastructure: The building is old and not reneovated. Due to that you notice that some stuff is really old. But beside that you are really near to the city by car. They also offer you free parkingspace. For sporty people they offer for free tennis rackets where you can play tennis. Food: The breakfast is very good. They offer great and delicious bread/fruits/Cheese. Service: The reception is opened just few hours. Otherwise you have online check-in or calling sbd. People are friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

Das Hotel ist in den 70er, 80er Jahren stehen geblieben! Eingangstür undicht, Gummidichtung hängt runter. Parkettboden wäre schön, wenn er mal abgeschliffen würde. Abklebband von den letzten Malerarbeiten, wahrscheinlich vor 10 Jahren hängt noch. Lampenschirm vergilbt. Bad von den 70 Jahren und es kracht fast alles ab. Zahnputzbecher billigster Plastikbecher den es gibt! Teppichböden igitt, uralt! Und es mieft im Zimmer. Ist mir unerklärlich, wie man für eine Bruchbude soviel zahlen muss. Kein Wunder gehen die Schweizer ins Ausland. Essensauswahl naja. Das mediterrane Buffet für 75.- Fr. ist ein Witz sondergleichen!!! Das Frühstück war gut.
