Spectacular view of the city and Andes mountains! Very safe location. That’s very important when you’re a tourist in Santiago de Chile!

The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and good recommendations for nearby restaurants. They also booked us an excellent driver for a day trip to Valparaiso the following day. The room was a suite and it overlooked the nearby mountains. I would highly recommend the hotel, especially considering the value we received for the money.

A equipe é ótima , apesar de não receber o vinho , recebemos upgrade do quarto , que não é novo , mas super cômodo e grande , a recepção é ótima .

Outstanding hotel. Great staff and great location

Clean room, the view of the city and the mountains were incredible, staff were friendly and wanting to help with anything we needed. The only quam was the coffee cups and water glasses weren't replaced everyday when they tidied the room.

Vi har rest runt i Chile i över en månad och detta är med marginal det dyraste och det enda av alla hotell som, vid sidan om priset, som varit en besvikelse och en rejäl sådan. Opersonligt, trist och med dito service (tex vägrades vi bära in våra väskor i receptionen när vi anlände med vår hyrbil, utan tvingades släpa dem från närliggandes Marriott’s p-garage). Poolen extremt liten mtp hotellets storlek och belägen i skuggan mellan två skyskrapor. . Frukosten trist med odrickbart kaffe.
