The room was very clean and the hotel was in a great location for exploring the city. The restaurant in the hotel has good food at reasonable prices abs the staff in the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very spacious room. Very clean. Beautiful property which is not but a few walking blocks from the Main Street and the dock. I would stay again. Very kind and welcoming staff.

Love the style as an apartments, makes it feel very private, close to everything but far enough to be quiet. The restaurant one of my favorites. Waiters are helpful and very attentive

Lo único malo es que viaje sola con 2 maletas pesadas y me tocó un segundo piso sin ascensor fue muy difícil subir y bajar las maletas.

I loved this hotel, Pablo at the reception was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is about a lady working at the restaurant. We got in for the check-in early, we decided to get some coffees at the restaurant and buy 1 buffett option. The lady got to our table to see what we what we were eating, we got some breads, a coffee with milk and a juice that I gave to my daughter. She was rude and said in a sarcastic tone that the 3 of us were eating and then made me pay for 2 full buffets. That is not customer service or wanting your guests to have a nice stay, it made us feel angry and upset. Overall the apartment was pretty, the view amazing and the staff gentle.

Hotel ótimo, quarto limpo e ótimas roupas de cama. Equipe simpática e nota 10. O único ponto que precisam ter atenção é que, se estiverem a pé por Ushuaia, o hotel fica na parte alta. Para quem dificuldade de locomoção pode ser um problema, mas a vista lá de cima é maravilhosa.

Está muy bonito sólo que el agua salía fría y no hay elevadores o fácil acceso si cargas maletas pesadas, sólo hay escaleras

Hotel razoavelmente perto da Av San Martin, a principal de Ushuaia. Com 8 minutos de caminhada você alcança. O café da manhã é apenas razoável, perto dos hotéis de mesma categoria que fiquei na Argentina. Todo dia, a mesma comida. Faltou frutas e uma maior variedade de pães. Também precisa melhorar o blackout dos quartos.

Hotel antigo, a 4 quadras da rua principal do centro , em uma grande ladeira que implica subir depois. Café da manhã razoável. Cama e banho bons. Não tem elevador

Fomos em família de férias e ficamos 5 dias e amamos o hotel, bem localizado, limpeza excelente, café da manhã bom e um atendimento também muito bom. Super recomendo!

O quarto que fiquei foi bom, bem limpo. Banheiro pequeno mas o chuveiro muito bom, o aquecedor não funcionou muito bem no 1º dia e passamos um pouco de frio e nos arrumaram um aquecedor elétrico e resolveu o problema. Café da manhã bom. Recomendo
