일정상 1박밖에 할수 없는 것이 너무나 아쉬운 곳입니다 오스트리아 특유의 아기자기함과 빈티지스러운 고급스러움을 갖춘 호텔입니다

Location was very Good. There was a fine view. However, room was not clean.

일정상 1박만했는데 정말 며칠 푹 쉬고싶을정도로 멋진곳!

주변이 조용하고 직원들도 유럽에서 보기드물게 친절합니다. 머무는 3박4일 동안 아주 만족하고 지냈습니다.

편안한 휴식과 맛있는 음식 그리고 직원들의 세련된 서비스등 모든면에서 만점을 주고싶습니다. 곳곳에서 느껴지는 고객에 대한 세심한 배려는 편안함 그자체였습니다. 두고두고 기억에 남을 호텔이었습니다.

전체적으로 시설 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았다. 무엇보다 호수 위 수영장 너무 멋지다 가격이 비싸지만 만족한 편이다

처음 숙소 정할땐 조금 센 금액 처럼 느껴졌었는데 이용하고 보니 전혀 아니었어요! 숙소 위치는 버스정류장에서 2,3분 정도고 성당바로 옆에 있어 가까워서 좋았구요 객실 내 시설도 깨끗하고 주변경치도 끝내줘요~ 그리고 욕실도 샤워부스가 아니고 탕이 있어 목욕물에 몸을 푹담가 피로 풀 수가 있어서 정말 좋았습니다! 그리고 더 대박은 실은 사우나 이용에 별도 비용이 들 줄 알았는데 숙박 이용 시 포함이더라구요~ 습식/건식 모두 이용할수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다^^ 또 가고 싶네요~

I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time. It was just a bit obnoxious and probably scary for the children who heard it bouncing off the lake and mountains😬😘I appreciate all you do to make your guests happy and welcome and appreciated. I loved my driver to the Salzburg train station, it was the second time he’s driven me to get to the places I need to be to start my journey back to Florida. If I could figure out a way I would love to live in beautiful St. Wolfgang❤️❤️❤️

Liebes Team, vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit. Ich merke das normal nie an, aber in dem Fall lomme ich gerne wieder!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, reichhaltiges Freizeitangebot, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Großartiges Hotel, das seinem Ruf absolut gerecht wird! Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Die Lage des Hotels und das Ambiente am See ist hervorragend. Das Hotel ist nostalgisch.

All the staff we dealt with were great, but the hotel itself was definitely not value for money. It was confusing, difficult to navigate (we were told the incorrect lift to take which resulted in a long time trying to actually find our room). In the room there were several large cobwebs which were not removed during the entire week we stayed and dead bugs on the wall which had been clearly squashed by previous visitors also remained. The pillows were dreadful and had to be all stacked up on one side to be usable. One day the towels provided were fine, however the next day they were so small it might as well have been a hand towel. Overall, disappointing for the amount it cost, was expecting more luxury.
