직원들은 친절했고 숙소도 좋았습니다. 공기도 상쾌하고 편안하며 조용하고 평화로웠습니다.

욕조에 있는 바퀴벌레 사진을 올리고 싶지 않습니다. 사실 이건 용납할 수 없습니다. 하지만 1박만 하니까 그냥 경험으로 남겨둡니다. 지역, 객실 공간은 넓습니다. 조식 종류를 업그레이드해 주세요. 5성급 리조트 이미지에는 너무 단순합니다.

The view is great but the facilities not so good. Breakfast is not varieties for 5star hotel, laundry bag is up on request, iron are harmful because the wire covered is damaged and most important is their worker which is foreigner have bad odor 😩

Nice place but need to do maintenance frequently for maintain the cleanliness.

Nice & helpful Staff, Welcome us with"Sambung Nyawa"tea drink & traditional dance. Peaceful, natural and calm environment.

From check in till check out, it was a breeze. Awesome place with lots of instagramable photos while rejuvenating your mind in this nature themed resort.

All facilities haven't ready.

I come here with my old 1999 satria, the guard ask me two times if I am a guest here although we are the only family that checks in there yesterday. I have jotted down my plate number during check in but still the security ask me if I am a guest there. what a joke! I think if I drove a shiny benz then maybe the guards will let me slide through unattended. such a double standard hotel.

Everything is good, it's just the breakfast could be improved.

Accommodation is relaxing but it's a bit run down with dirty carpet, broken chairs. Understandably that breakfast buffet is not possible however we should be allowed to order more than once instead of asking us to pay if we are not full enough. Also, breakfast was served cold.

Makanan sahaja kurang memuaskan

Penginapan yang sangat selesa, sangat tenang sesuai untuk merehatkan diri cuma ada beberapa perkara yang kurang -Spa dan karaoke room under construction -Singki yang sedikit tersumbat -Tiada dobi disini. Yang lain semua terbaik.

I Q up to check in for 1 hour, at 3 counters start from 2.30pm. After 15 mins Q, 1st counter said "check in counter next counter ya". Btw, there are 3 counters at the reception but without any sign "check in" "check out" or any other necessary sign. Then I Q for 2nd counter, after 1/2 hour (my turn is next), the lady at the counter said, pls proceed to next counter as my counter will be close after this. "seriously? Then I proceed for 3rd counter. After my turn, and I register, the staff at the counter said the room still not ready as the room still in progress for cleaning". I look at my watch, its already 3.30pm. Beside me, there are more than 10 other guest (family with kids) whose waiting to check in before me and start to argue at the reception counter. I couldn't believe service of 5 star hotel was like that. After waiting at the lobby and my husband started to argue at the recept, we only get the keys at 4.30pm. We got twin single bed even we already request to have 1 large bed but its ok since its already mention by the hotel depends on the avail. In our room, the bed, lights, all as in the photo. But, no face(small) towel, no room sandle/slipper. And the shower in bathroom, is licking. For Muslim guest, you should prepare because the toilet don't hv hose pipe. This is my 1st and last visit. Nothing exciting except pools and views.

Same like 3stars hotel only ! Bilik ada sarang labah-labah, air bocor dekat depan pintu tandas daripada bilik atas,pintu almari tak mesra bunyi terlalu bising bila bukak,Katil berpasir terpaksa bersihkan dahulu cadar katil dengan selimut,gangguan orang atas bunyi tapak kaki yang kuat ganggu mood rehat,cafe and breakfast sama macam hotel 3bintang je ! Kenderaan ke bilik sangat limited ! Staff suruh kami yang bawak anak pergi jalan kaki ke bilik yang jauh bila jalan sikit turun bukit hampir tergelincir dengan anak. Call bagitahu nak check out disuruh jalan kaki dengan barang-barang ? Layanan staff dekat kaunter check in memang tak memuaskan.
